Great agency and great people!

I initially had a positive experience with American Family Insurance when I first purchased their services. However, my opinion took a nosedive when they abruptly canceled my car insurance after being a loyal customer for years.

The reason for the cancellation was deemed to be a perceived high risk on my part. What's frustrating is that I received no warning or communication regarding this decision. It felt like a betrayal after years of faithfully paying premiums. The lack of transparency and communication regarding such a significant decision left me feeling abandoned and unsupported.

To add insult to injury, I have my home insurance through them as well, and I am actively seeking alternatives to switch as soon as possible. It's disheartening to realize that a company you trusted could make such a drastic decision without even attempting to discuss the matter with the customer.

The overall impression I got from this experience is that American Family Insurance prioritizes their bottom line over the well-being of their customers. It's evident that they view clients merely as paying customers and not as individuals who rely on their services. This lack of empathy and customer-centric approach has left me with a bitter taste, and I will never consider using this insurance company again. I would strongly caution others to think twice before placing their trust in a company that seems to care more about profits than its customers.
