Columbia Factory Store

Went in looking browsing and bought a couple of Tshirts. It was my first visit, and I liked the way that the store is set up and organized.

Good services with many options of products.

The store was very organized, clean with great selection. My daughter was helped at the fitting room immediately and any help we needed on the floor was answered by kind employees that were close by. Thank you to the very patient woman who checked us out. My kids were very undecided with what lunch bags to get and she was super understanding and pleasant. Great customer service will keep us coming back. Thank you.

Walked in to buy hiking pants, and found myself tempted by lots of other cool items. Their summer lineup included many things treated with sun protection. The staff was helpful and friendly without being pushy.

Very friendly staff! The sizing is limited because obviously it’s a factory store so they only have usually really small or large sizes.

Though the items here are a bit pricey the quality is very good. Always check the clearance racks as I have found some good buys there. The clerks were very helpful and patient as we were a group of four and we all had different needs and it was near the end of the day. They did not rush us or make us feel unwelcome. Would visit again.

Stopped here looking for a jacket, something in between summer and winter and found the perfect one! Not only was it on sale but it was an extra 20% off, plus I received a coupon for $20 off $100 purchase in November. I love this store and always find such great deals!

Just bought a ski-all weather hooded jacket with removable puffy coat-omniheat technology for outdoor, ski, also a trip to Alaska and rain. Love it. Fits well, great color and price. Super nice staff.

My first visit to this store. It's the real deal! Needed a new pair of ski pants and wound up buying a ski jacket and goggles as well. Couldn't pass up the awesome deals. Can't wait to stop back when I have some more time.

Love Columbia! Great deals great clothes. They offer great discounts. Coats, fleece only complaint they don't have much of a child's section.

I always enjoy coming here. They have great prices since it's an outlet and the end of season sales are amazing. It's a small store and tough to get around when it's busy, but be patient. There's a lot to see and find.

I had an awesome waterproof jacket that had a stain and my mom said "I can get that out!" Well it took the waterproofing off. I contacted Columbia and they said send it in for repair. They couldn't fix it so they gave me store credit. Yesterday I went to your Merrimack NH store and I was so impressed with the selection in the style I previously had. The credit covered the jacket but the cashier must have thought I was some weirdo because she says thanks have a good night but I had a frog in my throat ready to burst into tears because I have never had a company do something so nice for me. I was so devastated when that jacket got ruined. It's almost supernatural how well it blocks the wind and rain and cold! Now I have my jacket back and I am so grateful! Thank you!
