Pepper Palace

This is one place my husband actually enjoys shopping. It is buy five get one free. Often we hit the ten and get three free. They have samples to try. Your first time in might be overwhelming but take your time and enjoy.

Their staff has always been friendly and helpful. Many bottles are glass and each one is wrapped individually. Depending on how much you buy the bag(s) can get heavy. If one bag is too heavy, just ask for another bag.

My wife and I visited Pepper Palace at the Premium Outlets in Merrimack, NH. This was our first time and with the huge selection we did not know where to start. Diane C. the store proprietor came to the rescue! She enthusiastically told us about the different varieties of sauces, salsas, and other products. She allowed us to taste some products and gave us suggestions on how to use them in different recipes. She was so nice and knowledgeable about the products. We also appreciated her patience in helping us make decisions on what to buy and left with some great barbecue sauces and salsas! We will definitely recommend Pepper Palace and Diane to all of our family and friends!

Wasnt in the best of moods decided to stop at the outlets to try and find a new rub for meat smoking this season. Once entering Pepper Palace I was greeted by Diane and her amazing energy. She paid attention to what I liked and pointed me in the direction of 4 amazing products and I couldn't be happier with the decisions. Her charisma is amazing and fits perfectly in for this type of store. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys hot sauces and spices. I'll be back for the pickles and really hope I see Diane again! Definitely turned my day around!!!

Stopped by the Palace on Saturday. Diane took excellent care of us- gave us some great suggestions and made sure that I took advantage of a special they were offering. Thank you! Will definitely be back- they’ve got some awesome sauces and spices.

Diane was extremely helpful in making me realize that hot sauce was all about flavor and mixing different hot sauces to get the combination of heat and flavor I was looking for. I ended up getting two different sauces. Extremely nice service. Definitely going back to get more.

I walked into the store and it was beautiful. Everything was organized and well kept. I was welcomed very nicely by a woman named Diane. She had a great sense of humor and guided me to a hot sauce I had been looking for for a while. Would 100% recommend checking this place out. By the way, hot sauce is great on a chip.

Diane was an absolute sweetheart. She was very helpful with all our questions and even managed to get us a discount with free goodies. Premium hot sauces. Been here twice and definitely coming back for more!

I went to this place on a whim. I bought 5 hot sauces and signed up for the rewards program. I am so glad I found this place. Every hot sauce I tried was delicious. But the real reason this place is truly amazing is the staff. Diane made recommendations for hot sauces and was so helpful, friendly, and wonderful. Thank you so much, Diane!

Diane (The host) was Super friendly. Wide selection of hot sauces, salsas, and rubs. They also have samples of most of the hot sauces available to taste, with salsa samples available on weekends.
A bit pricey, but for a premium product and buying experience.

Great place to get sauces, rubs, and spices. It was great to meet Diane during my last visit. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made awesome recommendations. I look forward to visiting again to buy more great sauces.

Huge selection of unique and delicious sauces, pickles, olives, rubs…I could spend all day in there. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Diane and Tina provided recommendations, suggestions for ways they have used the sauces in cooking, wide variety of samples and a family-friendly atmosphere.

We visited on November 20th and had a great experience. Diane was very helpful and gave us ideas we would of never thought of before. If you like hot sauce you definitely need to check this place out!

I was pleasantly surprised to find the Pepper Palace at the Merrimack Outlets in Merrimack NH. My wife and I stopped in and we met Diane who was working at the time. We explained to her what we were looking for she showed us some new rubs to use in our smoker. Now that I have used what we purchased she was dead in what we were looking for. Diane was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. She is a real asset to Pepper Palace. Thank You again Diane !!

Had the pleasure shopping with Diane today. Engaging customer service the minute we walked through the door. Love seeing somebody passionate about the products they’re selling. Will probably return to buy more hot sauce and other products, Definitely will return to shop with her.

Diane could sell hot sauce to the devil himself. She was Extremely knowledgeable and charismatic. Looking forward to returning again soon

The people are very nice, at first they may seem a little moody but don't get flustered. I found a number of good hot sauces there. They were very patient and helpful while looking for some sauces. Relax, stay calm, and maybe bring a milkshake to sip on between taste tests :)

Great selection of flavors and options (especially if you mix/blend them on your own at home). Diane was/is a great resource there at the store and has endless suggestions for usage. Definately worth a trip in.

Diane is amazing :)) very helpful and fun nice personality. Walked out with 2 hot sauces and rewards when I was just looking. Tasty shop.

Every year I put hot sauce in the husband's stocking. This year I almost didn't because I couldn't find anything different, then I happened upon this place! Brian, he's the man. Put coffee rub in the smoking and grilling box because they ran out of the other. The husband is ready to get his smoking on! Thanks guys!

Loved being able to taste and smell all the products! The products don't have tons of preservatives or chemicals. Amazing hot sauces, they have heat AND great flavor. The staff was super friendly. We mixed and matched some amazing combination! The prices are a little higher but ABSOLUTELY worth it.
