This selection is huge!
These nut-thins qualify for diabetic and low carb snacks at approximately one carb per cracker. Shaws is the only place I've found all this variety of flavors!

The store shaws has the most honest people I have come across. My wife had dropped over $100 at this store. One of the employees found it his name is CAM. Thank you cam for being an honest person returning the money. My wife Sarah tried to give him money for finding it he wouldn't take the money but it goes to show you what kind of person cam is. Makes me feel better knowing that there are still honest people in this world! #thankyoucam #shaws

Great selection of quality produce and baked goods, and the shelves were well stocked. I was able to get everything I needed. Given the supply chain issues in play, I'm pleased with the available product selection.
The cashier, Cindy I think, was her usual, cheerful self. I chose her line because past experiences showed me how capable and friendly she is. She's a gem! Don't take my word for it. Go see for yourself.

To be clear this 5 star review is in regards to Manager Jason and Benjamin from the deli!

Thank goodness for Jason, the very nice Manager who went way above and beyond the call of duty, with the help of Benjamin from the deli.
Benjamin was kind enough to page Jason for me.
Jason was kind enough to go out back into the walk-in to search for the snow crab clusters while Benjamin nicely wrapped them up for me.
Jason was very eager to help me find what I needed and he is extremely personable and friendly.
Jason he is a valuable asset to your company and he turned a potentially horrendous experience into a great one!! Thank you to Jason.

Wide aisles and easy to find items. I'm not sure about the inflated prices yet but as far as my experience here goes, it was good. Ample parking and is handicap accessible.

It's better than others i have visited. The staff is quite nice, friendly and refreshing. The store was quite clean and inviting. They made me feel welcomed . No issues here. They are geared to make it a great shopping experience. Everyone seemed so knowledgeable about product location and placement.

I am going to say this! I love this store! Why? Brad the Pharmacist is simply put a great human being! Patient, kind and always takes care of my family! As for food they always have good options but that Brad guy? He's the best option to have!

Just a quick review to say I was extremely pleased with the service I received today. There was no one behind the fish counter when I arrived and a manager (I assume) promptly came over to greet me. I had a question about the salmon burger and he worked to get the answer for me. It was thought that this ingredient was not in it so I got two. They further investigated(I didn’t ask them to) while I shopped and I was floored that while I was in line to check out, both the manager and another worker came to find me to tell me that a form of this ingredient was in fact in it. (Side note: not allergic to this ingredient, just hate it with a passion). That level of customer service is top notch and I really appreciated it. Thank you!

Very professional and helpful to my daughter. I appreciate the effort put into a true fitting instead of the "guesstimate" fitting we got at the outlet stores. We'll definately return!

Great place with decent selection for a quick in and out. We love the Osco's as well. I just ran in there today and inspite all the whackos buying up a lot of supplies from this virus. They managed to stay well stocked and there was only 1 item I needed they didnt have.

In and out quickly as they had everything on my eclectic list picking up odds and ends we needed for party prep. Most of it was on ad which saved me money. Cashier was friendly.

Store has a good selection of items. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

We shop at Market Basket, Shaw's and Walmart, depending on sales and items.

I heartily recommend the OSCO drugs inside. Very professional in giving vaccine shots, and you get a discount on groceries. Also, if you use GoodRx, Osco has the greatest discounts in my experience. YMMV.

(This sounds like a paid ad, or the laudings of a friend. Not so.)

Also, they seldom play the game that's prevalent at Walgreens and CVS, where you come in and they've only fill part of your prescription, and they want you to come back for the rest so you can buy more impulse items. (My impulse is to never do biz with either, again. And, that's full-filling. ;-))

Was able to find the bakery items I was looking for. Large selection to choose from. Large frozen department and large health and beauty products department. Bright and clean store in Merrimack.

I always have a positive experience at Shaws. We know all of the people who work there. They always treat me well. Shaws is our first pick for grocery shopping.
