BJ's Wholesale Club

Tenaya at the bakery made my daughters cake! She decorated it and added some personal touches; it came out beautiful. Not only was it adorable but affordable and tasty! Thank you!

This is a great BJs location, with a much larger selection of many items than the BJs in Haverhill. It's not usually that busy either, even on Saturdays. They run tasting counters on the weekends, which can be fun for the family.

Clean and well stocked. Meat department is always clean and fresh also

BJ’s Wholesale Club is a Great grocery store to shop at because it has everything you need and sometimes is on sale and clearance too so yeah. It’s a great store to shop at. Everyone comes to BJ’s Wholesale Club to shop at because it’s in Salem NH and because it’s a grocery store too and the employees are VERY Great at customer service even though I work there but it’s a Great store and thanks for shopping there guys I appreciate it.

Kudos to the person(s) who hired Jason in the meat department. Despite being busy, Jason took the time to help me with questions and order concerns. He is an attentive, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient employee who, given my experience, endeavors to provide quality customer service. I ended up buying more than I had originally planned because of Jason ‘s enthusiasm and product recommendations. I hope that BJ’s is aware of how integral a part employees like Jason play in creating and maintaining repeat business. Hopefully, he is well compensated.

Desiree was extremely helpful with our purchases today. She was working self checkout and even though there were a lot of people when we had an issue she was right there. She is a true retail person since I also work two jobs in retail. Can’t say enough good things about her. We were there on 6/12/20 at around 7:00pm. She deserves to be recognized for her efforts. If I thought I could steal her to work at either of my stores I would.

I love being able to order online and then pick it up in store. For heavy items this is a lifesaver as it is one less time I have to lift it. The staff at the Salem store are all very nice, friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and if they don't have the answer, they find someone who does. Great store!
