Had a great hair cutting experience today with Hannah! First time in a long time being at Craig Berns Salon. Hannah was super nice and made me feel welcome at the salon, I will highly recommend her to my friends and family. Looking forward to going back. The other staff were very nice and welcoming as well when I arrived. Aka Karen inside joke with Hannah & I 😂

I am so happy with my hair! Lexi was awesome to work with and guided me expertly through my first professional coloring experience. I will definitely be back. Craig berns is a beautiful salon and everyone is very professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Craig Berns for around 18 months. Because of my schedule, I have visited several experts and they all have done a phenomenal job with both cut and color. The service is always super professional and I am always happy with the end result. I appreciate everyone there and would highly recommend this salon to anyone in need.

I have been coming to this Craig Berns location in Delafield for over a year, and I regularly see the lovely Sadie. I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else, even though I drive over an hour to get there. It is my treat on my days off, knowing I will be warmly greeted at the front desk and that my hair cut will be precisely what I am looking for. Sadie is very talented and sweet and makes the entire experience wonderful. I am soon going to be exploring their other services as well.

Hannah is fabulous; I have never had a bad cut, or less than stellar experience here, normally I see Desirae, but needed to get in right away due to an upcoming job interview, and was once again thrilled despite my high standards, and expectations. Hannah is outgoing, kind, empathetic, listens, and is everything Craig Berns has taught me to expect from a stylist. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to get my hair cut, and I am a very no frills type person who has no trouble taking a scissors to my own head, or having my mom cut it when I am trying to save money. Craig Berns and their staff is well worth the investment, I walk out delighted every time...

I feel so good after Hannah cut my hair. Hannah did an excellent job. All staff were efficient and well-trained in their new infection control procedures. Things seemed to be running smoothly. I was so happy to come back to the Salon. Thank you, Hannah, for making me feel like a new woman!

I had a wonderful facial at the salon. Christina was friendly, professional and delivered a great experience. I would be happy to return. I also had a manicure by Karen while I was there. She was a joy to interact with and did an excellent job of providing a shellac manicure. Both providers made me feel special, pampered and at ease.

My stylist is very professional and I am comfortable with her. I have experienced some inconsistencies with the front desk crew. I have had wrong information entered in my account leading to excess charge that I had to get them to correct. I also got some mild push back about it. But they did ultimately fix it. I have had appointments entered wrong (someone else’s appointment put in my account). I have had a different stylist have to help complete my service for my stylist for one reason or another, which is fine. But was not always as comfortable. The front desk once was very insistent that I should tip over and above my usual 20% when another stylist had to fill in. I could see no reason why I would have to tip more for the same service. I didn’t appreciate that and almost left to find another salon. It’s not like there are not lots to choose from. But I do like my stylist and it’s not her fault that this woman was rude to me. Will give it some more time and see how things go.

Mandy is so great! I told her my hair goals of growing my hair and she really took great care and time in trimming my bleached, broken ends and making my hair feel AMAZING. I don’t have a usual hair cutting person, but now I most certainly do!

I have seen Sadie a few times now and she has been exceptional each time! She made a comment about how she has really figured out how to cut my hair today, and I am so happy with my hair! (And have been each time!) It is so awesome that she takes the time to know her clients, and their hair, so well!

I have been going to Craig Berns Salon for years now and have never had a bad or negative experience! The front desk ladies greet you with smiles and open arms and then you get pampered no matter what service you are there for. I will continually go there for not only haircuts but massages as well! Mandy and Amanda are my go to ladies along with Sue up front who will go out of her way to make sure you have a great check in and out experience!

Tiffany is an amazing stylist. I have challenging hair to cut and she handled it masterfully the very first time. So incredibly talented! This is quite literally the best haircut I've EVER had! I am so grateful to have found her!

Sadie is fantastic. First time meeting her and I’m excited for the next visit! She has an amazing attention to detail. She knows her stuff for being so young. One of my favorite haircuts to date! Place was also super cute and clean.

Mandy is fantastic. I've been thru a number of places and several stylists elsewhere and had some unfortunate experiences along the way, but never here. Extremely friendly hosts, beautiful building in a great location, and come out looking fresh & clean each time. Shame on me for taking so long to post a review

Lindsay was wonderful! She was personable and welcoming - I felt very comfortable the whole time. They have a lot of safety measures in place to make sure it’s a safe and healthy environment. I’m extremely happy with how my hair turned out!

I've come to CB for many services over many years, and I'm always delighted. They do an incredible job of ensuring a skilled and FRIENDLY staff, no matter the service. I appreciate the top notch services I receive, of course (and I have challenging hair), but I also can't stop coming back for the friendships and awesome conversations. Love you all!
