Clear Water Outdoor - Delafield

They were so incredibly helpful with an exchange. The hardest thing about me shopping here is not spending too much money. I live in chacos and always carry a sling bag and they have a good supply of both. The staff was very nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

We rented 2 kayaks and an SUP. Equipment was ready when we got there and personnel was cheerful!

Stopped in just to "shop" and look around... A couple hundred dollars later, we left after having outstanding customer service and receiving some additional discounts because the manager wanted to move some items. Highly recommend! Mary, the manager and other employee working was fabulous!

My husband and I rented kayaks from Clear Water and had an incredible time on Lake Nagawicka. The staff at Clear Water were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helpful with our rentals. The store itself was a joy to browse, with abundant clothing, supplies, and an excellent clearance room!

Spectacular service! Ordered a Patagonia duffel from the website, and they shipped it out within two hours of placing my order (according to an email I received), and I had it in hand within 3 days (maybe even 2 days, shipped using US Priority Mail from WI to NC). And they included a nice handwritten note on the invoice :) A pleasure to order from!
