We loved this place. The food is great, as was the service. If you are looking for a old fashioned mom & pop diner feel- this is the place. The prices were great. Also, that was the best coffee I've had out to eat any place.

This diner is a happy step back into Americana. No fast food, but food is on time, tasty and priced right. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and happy to visit for a bit. This is where the locals go, that says a lot! I had corned beef hash and eggs, my partner has a great Western omelet. Worth skipping the chain restaurants!

We walked in just a little bit before their closing time. And they served us anyway and the service was very good. I had a chicken fried steak burger and fries with Dorothy Lynch as I don't like ketchup. Two thumbs up for the service and the burger.

I always enjoy going here. Today was very quiet not like other times when it is packed and loud. Food was absolutely great like always. I always get the corned beef hash and an extra side of bacon and additional toast. Couldn't eat all my toast but it was wonderful.

I arrived, immediately they sat me down, no delays, no hassle. The waitress brought me the menu, had coffee & water. I ordered, got my food in 7 to 8 minutes, my breakfast was already served. Finished eating, paid & was out the door. Excellent customer service, will definitely return & will recommend to my friends.

Great Staff and food. 1950s small town Cafe vibe. 4 stars on service due to having to remind the ditzy young waitress to get our drink order when our food was served.

I just love going to this place the food is great, the staff is friendly even though they don't really have too much staff there you feel like you know everyone and they know you as well. I like that the food is reasonably priced and you can get full pretty quick because the portions are even fairly reasonable. Thank you.

Loved it! We came in right as it got busy. Didn't even notice the wait because I felt like I was at home. Ended up getting our food on the house, however I would have been happy to pay, miss KK (sorry if I got that wrong!) made us feel like we've been bffs forever. May god bless her and her family for generations to come. Please stop in and have a bite, you won't regret it!

First off, the food. The food is amazing! It all tastes homemade and definitely fills you up. The service is equally as amazing. I've never had a problem with any of the ladies who work there. Everyone is extremely nice and very welcoming. I would recommend this place over most of the restaurants here in town!

Haven't been here since I was a kid. Great breakfast specials. Biscuits and gravy are too notch. Friendly and quick service! Prices very reasonable.

When I was a kid, I always dreamed of the perfect breakfast place. One where I would be granted 4 pieces of bacon without having to pay an arm and a leg and maybe an eyeball for it. And here, at the ripe age of 19, I finally found the place. The ladies were so kind and even made me laugh. There was no traffic and it offered a beautiful view of the snow falling on a chilly December morning. Would one hundred percent go back again.

When I was ten my dad took me here before I was taken to a foster home because I was violent at school. He sat me down and I remember that I didn't want to eat but my dad ordered me pancake's. At first I was upset but when they arrived I couldn't help myself. I dug right in and because of that my dad was able to talk to me about the future. I came back to Kearney and didn't ever think about my memories here because I thought they were all bad. One morning I got up early and I drove around to look for a good place for breakfast and then I saw it. This place has been here for years and the food only got better. The people only got nicer, and the memories sweeter. Places like these are the best to go if you are upset because even if you are at a table alone you will have a good meal and the other people in the café are always happy. I think that is what makes it a good place.

WAY! Better than Perkins!!! Great (1980's prices) food & service. Biscuits & Gravy, sausage links & 2 eggs over easy Was DA Bomb.

If you come to this restaurant, you'll have great waitresses, amazing food, and an awesome atmosphere full of down-to-earth people. Best Hot Beef Sandwich in all of Kearney is here and MUST bee ordered!
