We have a small business and they have actually been very good. We have never gotten into the almost criminal equipment rental that First Data forces. The transactions are deposited in the account 2 days after they are received.

I was on technical support for over an hour this afternoon to get them to help with a refund that seemed to be stuck in processing. 3 different people helped me. No one could resolve it. I got escalated once again and still nothing. While on the phone it was easier to hear the chickens in the background than it was to hear the gentleman helping me. So frustrating. I finally issues a refund check instead of returning the funds on her debit card. A simple refund shouldn't take 3 different people and chickens. And still not be resolved. What a waste of my time.

I wish I didn't have to give one star. I'd like to give them nothing. TSYS is the absolute worst business I have ever encountered. They have taken money directly out of my account for mysterious fees that were never authorized or even discussed. To describe it better...they steal from their customers. $260.00 a month for random fees that no one can explain!! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! And to top it off, their customer service department is awful. I have been transferred to a million different department each time I call with a question, spend countless hours on hold and still no answers!!!. I have reported fraud to my bank and closed my account. I hope this company gets shut down. My next step is the BBB.

Like SO MANY OTHER merchants and small businesses out there that have left reviews for this company, I have had the same problems. I have been charged unknown fees and been on and off with them over the phone for over 3 months. These hidden fees and chargebacks are never explained when you call them and they will falsely say they would give us a refund-that it was a mistake on their part. I have received no refund AND I have returned their equipment and cancelled just to have them say they are going to charge us a fee for not returning their equipment. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Cancelled my account over the phone months ago and they claimed they couldn't hear me over the phone and kept charging my account every month. They change the amount they charge you each month because they say their fees constantly change. You never know what you get charged for. Do NOT do business here. Do NOT give them your bank account number. I currently use Square without any problems. Every time I call, I too get transferred from one department to the next. I really hope this company goes out of business. Would give them zero stars if I could.

From the moment I used TYS as our merchant services I had poor customer service from our representative who signed us up for the services. In addition I was lied too about the fees and the duration of contract. There are monthly fees and there is a three year contract regardless of what any sales person tells you!

After cancelling my services with this agency I had to pay $400.00 to be released from the contract, and they charged my account fro monthly fees! Do not sign up with this agency their practices are dishonest, and there customer service is horrible.

Not at all happy with this Merchant. After closing account they still charged fees. When I called to ask they said they would make sure the fees are finally removed 2 months after closing the account and the fees that they took out of our account will not be refunded for a month!!! So in other words they are happy to take money that does not belong to them and if you don't catch it fee's being taken from your account they will continue to take them. If you do catch the error on their part it will take a month to get your money back!! If I had a choice there would be NO stars here!!

Run! They basically rob you! I cancelled my account after finding out they took money they shouldn't have out of it. Nobody said anything about a cancelation fee. Now after reading the rest of the reviews I'll be keeping a closer eye on my account! 0/10 do NOT recommend

This company has the worst customer service !!! I was sent the wrong card reader then had to wait for the right one to be sent to me! I was getting this service for an event my corporation was having and wasn't able to use the service as I didn't have the right reader. Then once I got he right reader the company couldn't get the reader to activate. Because they didn't tell me to capitalize the TA in the TA number. I was promised that the reader would be free then was charged $45 for shipping and handling !! I am beyond upset with the lack of customer service and disregard. I will not be doing services with them again !!!

TSYS doesn't deserve even one star. Have been unhappy with this TSYS company for Years! I regret staying with them for so long. I have been raked over the coals with fraudulent surprise charges and outright criminal-like treatment. Was overcharged too many times to count and customer service means waiting on hold for up to an hour. So glad I made decision to start processing credit cards using Square and cannot believe how much easier things are. Trust me, STAY AWAY small businesses !!!

An Intregrity sales rep walked through my door ignoring my " No Soliciting" sign clearly posted on the outside of my business door. Completely ignored my do not cross striping on my floor and forced his way into my service area. He introduced himself. I asked him if he saw the posted sign on the door and told him to get out!! this type of forced cold sale is a bad idea. His disrespect for my business almost got him in more trouble. Please have a little more respect and do not come back here........

Horrible experience. The worst decision I have ever made. I was lied, I had to pay a third party for services a TSYS representative promised to do. I was left without POS system for three days. After I got the POS system going, the Batch would not close because the TSYS representative give Aldelo a wrong account number, and sent the money on a wrong bank account. After being without a POS system for three days, I was not able to process credit cards for couple days. Moving with TSYS has been nothing but a nightmare. I would not suggest TSYS to anyone. Horrible costumer service, horrible everything. Do yourself a favor and do some research before going with TSYS. I could go on and on about the things have gone wrong due to TSYS workers uncapabilities to do their job, but is pointless. They don't care!

TSYS is cancelling our service in 30 days because we sell high end personal vibrators!!! Wow, this is 2017! Lelo accounts for about 5% of our business. Mostly we take care of women after breast cancer! We provide prosthesis and pocketed bras for women after a mastectomy! Many doctors up here in civilization suggest their use after cancer treatment. I suspect these same members who are throwing us out also would vote for ROY MOORE, same disfunctional thinking! Women’s sexuality somehow is threatening?

I have been getting charged for PCI NON COMPLIANCE when I am PCI compliant. I asked them to close my account as of 4/1/2020, I don't believe that has been done yet. I asked to speak to a supervisor on 4./3, I am still waiting...it is now 4/13/2020. Next step is to file complaint with FTC and BBB.

worst f***ing experience ever. they cancelled my account out of now where. when i called for them to release my funds they ssid they have to hold it for 45 days. i purchased their bulls**t equipment and i requested a refund and they gave me the run arounds . worst company ever !!!!!!!!
