These guys bought our home from us and sold us our new home in an all-in-one smooth transaction a few years back. Little did we know that move paved the way for much easier lives for us. Our family could not be happier right now and I'm sure if they didnt buy our old home we wouldn't be where we are right now. Only a broker can make moves like this and they can negotiate in ways greater than typical realtors or home owners. In part because you do not pay the fees associated with standard realtors 5/5.

In response to that other guy's review... I dont think they prey on anyone at all. Business is business and people are in them to make money.

They seem helpful but everything they do to a house is superficial. I thought I was getting a good quality flip, that's turned out to be a joke. There were little items throughout the house that weren't right. Now 5 years later if I wanted to sell I would have to put about 30-40k in to the house to sell it. They prey on people that have never bought a house before and seem "helpful"...STAY AWAY!!!
