CJ Kraft was truly outstanding in helping us navigate the path of Medicare coverage. We had met him 3 years ago and he explained our choices at the time which included staying on our employer insurance, which we did. Despite this, he stayed in touch, checking in a couple of times a year to review our coverage and see if we had questions. Recently, we had a health tragedy together with an employment loss, and CJ was quite literally our source of knowledge, experience and support. He helped us choose Physicians Mutual as well as prescription coverage and we had total coverage in place within weeks. We are huge supporters of CJ and owe him a huge debt of gratitude for guiding us through a pretty horrible experience. My experience working with Donna Walbert was and is exceptional. She has been extremely knowledgeable regarding all things related to Medicare. Her personal patience and tutorial style really helped me understand the other wise complexities of Medicare, Medicare Supplement and options to obtain prescription, eye and dental coverages.
