My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very nice, newer hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Naked cookies 1st night. a wonderful breakfast, pancakes, bacon, sausage, muffins, bagels, cereal, etc

Stayed here with our softball team over the weekend! The front desk was super helpful and very accommodating! We had an early game and had to be at the fields at 7am, and breakfast wasn’t supposed to be served until 7am. We asked if they could serve us early so our girls could eat and they did, no problem! Hot breakfast was ready at 6:30 for us! They made sure we had everything we needed all weekend long! Beds were soft, rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, location is perfect, 20 mins from downtown, shopping and restaurants all within a mile from us. I will definitely be back next time we are in the area! Thanks so much to your wonderful team from us at Bluff City Elite!

Stayed at this hotel twice in 2022. Very clean. Always good employees and good breakfast. So far my favorite Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. Would love to stay here sometime again

Sunday night stay. Quiet location close to lots of eating options and shopping. Great room darkening shades. Shower comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap; sink area has lotion and hand soap...all Dove products. LED lighting throughout the hotel. Nice breakfast area.

Kindest, most welcoming front desk staff I have encountered in many years! Very clean and quiet. Excellent experience!

Happened to have to go there during a blizzard for a volleyball tournament. When we got there we were advised that the power was recently turned back on. Tv was inop and elevator. At least we had heat and lights. We went out to dinner and by the time we got back rest of issues were resolved. They had a large influx of people coming In due to people not having heat or power at their houses. All in all very pleased how they handles all the hurdles they had.

We loved this hotel! The room was clean and well appointed and the staff was amazing. 10/10, we will stay here again.

Great beds and showers! Beds are comfy and have great pillows. The showers are super nice. Our room was very clean! There is a water bottle filler on the main floor, so we didn't even need to buy water bottles. The location is quick access to everything we needed, and tons of food & coffee options within 5 minutes. We would stay here again.

Very nice 4 day stay. Wonderful front desk service. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. Soft bedding and 4 different types of pillows. Rooms were quite and we had good sleep. They have a very large breakfast with nice area to eat and or hangout with computer stations. Easy in and out location. I highly recommend.

My stay was a bit over 3 weeks and the staff was wonderful. The hotel is very clean and beautiful! My only complaint is that i almost slipped so many times in the shower. I’m assuming it’s a design flaw but the floor of the shower was extremely slippery.

Smooth check in was greeted right away. Got to our room which was not thoroughly cleaned so I called down to the front desk and without hesitation was given an upgrade and $10 off our room and was apologized to multiple times for the inconvenience. New room was great! Breakfast was amazing! Really nice spread! Pool was down for our stay but the area around the pool was absolutely gorgeous! We loved this hotel! Will for sure be back!

Super clean! Everything is brand new and well taken care of. Check in process was smooth. The bathroom had a huge walk in shower and great lighting. Air conditioner in the room is massive and works amazingly. Coffee machine and microwave in the room.

Breakfast was buffet style for the hot items. Everything was cooked well and surprisingly tasty. Coffee, water bottles, juice, etc all available in the lobby at breakfast hours. Cold food items available as well. They even have a self serve pancake machine.

Self serve laundry available, but only one set of machines and no soap available to buy.

Based on the reviews of all the hotels/motels in the area, this is the one to stay at. You will not be disappointed.

I stayed here for the first time when traveling for business. It's in a great location, close to shopping and multiple restaurants. The rooms are clean, everything works and interactions with the staff were pleasant and helpful. I won't hesitate to stay here again.

Great hotel, loads of free parking. Not far drive if visiting Milwaukee city.

THE BEST hotel
I live in hotels 300+ days per year for work, and this by far has been my favorite hotel experience in years. I luckily was here during December and really enjoyed the holiday spirit. I saw multiple examples of how the property manager (Ms. Rebecca) genuinely cares about her team, which makes this place feel even more comfortable stay while away from home. Every employee (no matter their title/role) was friendly and helpful during my 2 month stay. I’ve met nice employees in my 1,000+ nights in hotels, but I’ve never a team like this.
The director of housekeeping is awesome and very accommodating, along with the housekeeping crew. The rooms were very clean, the rooms seemed newly built, and overall felt like an up-scale experience.
The lead hotel breakfast attendant was nice and cheerful every morning with a variety of food choices in the mornings (I loved unlimited bacon days).
I 100% would recommend coming here.

I can't say enough about this hotel! The general manager Rebecca and her staff were AMAZING. The hotel was clean, the staff were always happy and inviting, and they have a full-blown breakfast every morning! Eggs, pancakes, yogurt, bacon - it was so wonderful to be able to eat in their lobby with my family before starting the day. Their beds were extremely comfortable - I slept like a baby every night. Staying there was one of the highlights of our trip and if we're ever back in Brookfield I would without a doubt, stay there again. The incredible STAFF really made all the difference - we felt so cared for. I've never stayed at a hotel like this - I told my husband, it almost feels like a really nice apartment, where you live there and the staff knows you personally. There is such a "warm" feeling there. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!

We came from another hotel in a scramble because it was not tidy. Upon arriving Rebecca took us under her wing and was accommodating for everything. The breakfast is so good compared to other hotel breakfasts. All desk and cafe workers were so attentive and it truly shows they care about the property and cleanliness of the rooms they have. We were so happy with our stay here and would recommend to anyone staying in this area to choose this Holiday Inn!!

The customer service here is excellent. Far exceeded my expectations. I dealt mostly with the evening staff and they are consummate professionals. Can't say enough about how well they treated me. Beautiful new hotel, great comfortable large room, huge showers, laundry, business center, pool and even a small well stocked (and moderately priced) market. Love the hallway decor and style throughout the building too. This is my new favorite place. Only thing I recommend, please get a hot tub!

If I could give this hotel 100 stars I would!!! I have stayed at this property multiple times. Every stay has been stellar. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are amazing. The staff is friendly, and helpful, and the hotel is clean, and inviting. It has become my work home. I look forward to my visits. The outdoor seating is perfect during the summer and of course the pool and breakfast are a huge plus! Rebecca and the guys that work in the evenings have been a pleasure! I will be back again in two weeks for another extended trip.
