Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Milwaukee Brookfield

This hotel met my expectations. Breakfast was great and had a variety of choices. Beds were comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Great easy to get to location. Prices were super cheap even right before Christmas holiday. The rooms are laid out very well, huge bathrooms showers linens all great!

The rooms were clean. There was ample parking space. The staff were kind and helpful. The in-house breakfast is decent with a variety of cold and hot options. The location is amazing. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping centers near by.

Fairfield of Brookfield team are the best, very helpful and very friendly...from arrival at the front desk and including the team responsible for the great breakfast.
The hotel is situated in a quiet location but within less than a mile, all the restaurants and shopping you want. Plus, it's only 14 miles from a straight shot to downtown Milwaukee.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the room doesn't have a constant fan thermostat as background white noise.

This being my first time staying at a hotel since the birth of my child. I was a comfortable and hassle free. Complimentary Breakfast was delightful. Room was clean Bed felt as if I was sleeping on a cloud. Heating controls were easy to use and manageable. Bathroom was very spacious and water pressure was exceptional.

My family and I stayed for one night at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Brookfield WI, and we were very pleased. The room had been newly-renovated, and the bathroom was beautiful! Amazing shower, everything very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. Location was very good (we spent time in Waukesha, just west of Brookfield) and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The pool was small, but was open late, and my kids enjoyed a swim. Their breakfast was very good as well - I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend after coming into town to celebrate my great grandmother’s 86th birthday. The hotel is located in a very nice area surround by a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was very clean offering nice rooms with a mini fridge and microwave and spacious bathrooms.

Gems: free parking, free breakfast and in-door/heated pool. Note: you will need to sign up to use the pool (one hour at a time).

I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The staff was fabulous. We had a terrible night and ended up booking at the last min and checking in at midnight. Roger at the night desk was so helpful, friendly and took care of getting us in quickly. Even asked if we wanted late check out. Room was lovely, microwave and fridge. Good shower. Very clean. Breakfast very good as well. And all staff sunday morning also very kind.

Very clean, quite and comfortable bed. Spacious showers with modernized Milwaukee brand cooling and heating in rooms. Front desk associate was kind. Recommend highly, especially for the great value.

I received some Devastating news during my most recent stay in August. Wendy, not only offered an amazing amount of comfort, she gave me a hug and held my hand. You never expect to receiving news from police officers in a hotel lobby that your loved one had passed away! Wendy was so compassionate and kind. She is so kind and caring and it’s been a pleasure to watch her grow into her front desk agent position! She makes the stay so pleasant.
Even my grandson can’t wait to see her again and swim in the well maintained pool and have Wendy waffles, as he has named them!

Thank you to everyone who always go over and above at this property. Top notch staff- in more ways that I can express in a review! Superb Service! Can’t wait to come back to see everyone!

Very nice and welcoming. It was recommended. Stayed one night definitely worth it. Quiet, roomy and lots of benefits. The FFI has set the bar quite high beyond the hotel experience you have to try it for yourself

My room was so comfortable with the best decor I've seen in a very long time. Also, the complimentary breakfast every morning was delicious every day. I felt so at home.

Hotel was very accommodating to our out of town guests. We needed a number of rooms on short notice and the staff was very helpful. I was able to book a block of rooms, all very close to each other. Thank you for your help at a difficult time.

Awesome location, super nice staff, and by all the shopping, restaurants and a lifetime fitness right next door! Rooms are always clean and it is a newer hotel. This is my go-to anytime i’m planning business around the Milwaukee area.

This is a great hotel. It was quiet. Everyone that works there was very nice. It’s clean and the breakfast was really nice. It was decorated for Christmas very elegantly.

Excellent room. Clean. Excellent front desk check in. Great location if looking for west of Milwaukee. They had seriously deteriorated Bananas in their breakfast area. I shared feedback. They ignored.

Gorgeous!! Our family of 4 - says THANK YOU! We enter in happy + left happy! Location was a secret gem. Close to delish Portillos + a 10 min drive to the zoo! Room itself was SUBERB ( clean + new )! Found no flaws at all - staff was always kind ! Lastly they use Paul Mitchell products which I love :)!

Rooms were great!! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spotless. This is a great hotel! Recommend highly. We were pleasantly surprised.

Would like to have the ability to have the fan in the room run continuously not just when the AC was running. Other than that, this was a great place to stay.
