Winnie Villanueva - State Farm Insurance Agent

Winnie is VERY responsive and personal! I appreciate getting a live person to speak with and not having to use automated prompts to get to someone... and if you have to leave a voicemail because she is busy, she calls you right back. She even went the extra mile to contact me recently when something happened with my mother while they were on a call together and the call dropped. She was sincerely concerned about my mother, not knowing what happened and was unable to reach her following that. Thankfully, Mom is healthy and doing well. Thank you, Winnie, for all that you do!

My dear friend Winnie always goes the extra mile to help out us whenever we need it. She was on the phone with me getting some info from me and she said I was talking funny and she could not really understand me. So she did the right thing and called my daughter to report it to her so she could check it out to make sure I was not having a medical emergency. Thank You for that quick thinking by Winnie. She certainly is a good neighbor!!!!
