TownePlace Suites by Marriott Milwaukee Brookfield

We stayed for 2 weeks so I had plenty of time to find complaints 😂. The location is quiet and there must be great sound proofing between rooms because we didn’t hear anyone else. The pillows and bed were great. The room and facilities were super clean. The staff was so nice! Minor issue was addressed immediately. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options! Great coffee! I highly recommend this hotel!

Enjoyed my stay. Front desk friendly and accommodating - both shifts. Breakfast just OK. Very reasonably priced room. Although the pet fee of $100 cost more than the room fee of $99. Was the dog renting the room and the hotel is "human friendly"? Great location to restaurants and shopping and a place to walk Fido.

This is the most accommodating hotel I have ever stayed at. Robert the assistant manager cleared snow and ice off of all the windshields in the lot and help dig cars out of the snow. Sarah the front desk lady was the sweetest and most helpful ever. Cheryl and Robert were amazing as well. This was the nicest hospitality staff I’ve encountered. Not to mention the rest of the hotel is amazing, clean, safe , as well as the area. I would fully recommend you staying here.

I stayed here while traveling for work last Fall and brought my dog. This has to be one of the most dog friendly properties we have ever stayed at. The rooms and facilities were clean, the staff were kind and accommodating, and it was close to many shops/restaurants.
Next time my employer sends me to the area, I will be staying at this location.

This place wasn't actually the Marriott I meant to book, SO HAPPY I made that "mistake"! Staff and atmosphere was absolutely amazing. It was a quick night away to relax and they made it exactly that. Had interactions with each shift, everyone always attentive and pleasant. Definitely will be back!

The decor is a little dated, but the staff is friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and warm despite the ice-cold temperatures.

We had a great time the night of Saturday, the 7th. Kai was very personable and helpful checking us in, and then I’m not sure of the name of the lady who was at the desk the morning of Sunday, the 8th, but she was so sweet! Every time I passed the desk that morning, she had something new and kind to say to me and made the morning very pleasant.

The building itself was well-kept up and the room was pristine. I thought the idea of having a gas range and dishwasher was a great one. Would love to come back someday!

Used for a week of training and location and amenities worked well for me. Having a full kitchen was great so I didn't have to go out to eat everyday

Wish I could give it a 4.5 and thought about giving it a 4 as its a little bit of an older property with a few minor issuers, but they are working hard to maintain and improve it. Case in point, they made some significant landscaping improvements on the day we checked in.

What pushed this to a 5 and made this a very enjoyable three night stay for us was the excellent staff. Everyone we interacted with was great but Grace was particularly helpful. At least three times I reached out to her with special requests and she exceeded my expectations each time. As an added bonus, she did so cheerfully and it was clear that she loved her job and truly wanted her guests to enjoy their stay.

One quick example…my stomach was growling about 8 pm and I heard they had popcorn and warm cookies in the lobby. Went down to find out that another guest had just cleaned them all out. Grace three two more batches in, wrote down my room number, and called me when they were ready.

We had two rooms…a standard suite and a 2-bedroom. Both were nicely sized and had a nice set of amenities (well-stocked kitchen, etc).

The location is also very good. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. If you are a walker or runner, there is a lovely neighborhood and a walking path just north of the property.

I highly recommend this property for long term stays or families like ours that enjoy a spacious accommodation.

I loved my stay at the Marriott Suites. The staff was always very helpful with assisting me with any/all of my needs! Robert and Kyle provided excellent service to make sure my stay was always the best.

Grocery store 1 block away and Total Wines and Einstein Bagels on either side of property. Not far from restaurants and shopping too. Great property. Very small outdoor pool is only drawback.

It had all the utensils and everything you need for a cozy stay.

I visited this hotel when I stayed in Milwaukee for a trip for my son and his siblings. I chose this hotel because they have suites with separate bedrooms which was important for me since there were 3 children on the trip. The hotel was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were a great size. There was plenty of closet and drawer space. The kitchen had nice amenities and utensils, cups, glasses, plates, etc. There were televisions in each bedroom and one in the living room. The televisions have apps too (which most peope use now-a-days). There was one hotel staff that was GREAT! Her name was Grace and she was the most pleasant and nice hotel staff I have ever experienced. She made the stay even more pleasant. The only downside to my stay was that I was placed on the second floor and kept getting complaints about noise from the bottom hotel room. I had 3 children who would play from time to time, but most of the time we weren't in the room because we were going places. Even when they were all sitting, watching tv quietly, the staff would call saying there was a complaint. The staff handled it well and even offered to move me. I believe the guest was being difficult. Other than that, I liked my stay and would recommend this establishment.

I always enjoy my stay here. Suites with separate bedrooms are nice, as is the full size fridge in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable, pillows aren't too hard or soft. Water pressure in the shower is fantastic. Breakfast is good, but lacks variety. Employees are friendly, and the location is super convenient for shopping, dining, and tourist locations ( the zoo is about 10 minutes away). Only thing I would change: add something for traction in the tub. My foot slips on the bottom of the tub a couple times every shower.

I am on here to write a review mainly to acknowledge a front desk clerk named Grace. She is professional, friendly, helpful, and truly an asset to this hotel. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Grace at the front desk is the friendliest person ever! She knows her hotel and was very informative and helpful. Room was clean and the hotel had everything we needed. We only stayed one night while in town for a funeral but I will stay here again when visiting family ☺☺

we had a 2-bedroom suite and it worked out perfect since we had a baby and a toddler with us! Everyone had a place to sleep and no one was disrupted by the baby waking up. The breakfast was good. our room was clean and in good shape. We were able to check in a little bit early!

This place is a very nice place to stay. The staff are friendly. There is a small gym and swimming pool as well as hospitality popcorn and fresh made chocolate chip cookies daily. The room sizes are very nice and well maintained. This location is close to a grocery store and many restaurants. This is a wonderful location for vacationing.

Giving this place a 5 stars not for luxery but because the people working there smiled and were pros. We dwelled there for 3 weeks. Kitchenette in the room was functional with good appliances. Gym gave my child and I some exercise during cold days. They have a pool but but its closed during winter. There are activities, stores, bars and restaurants very near to this hotel.

I checked in, following a strenuous flight full of delays and traffic. The front desk clerk was so welcoming and cheerful that he completely turned my night around. When he gave me a chocolate bar with a personalized wrapper with my name on it and a water bottle, I could have cried after the night of travel I had, had. The complimentary breakfast was pretty standard and the room was extremely clean and well kept. Would most definitely book another stay!
