Cannot recommend Steve Oertel strongly enough. We started off with an auto refinance and then unexpectedly had to consider a home equity loan. He always responds to my emails in a timely manner genuinely educating me on any questions I have without making me feel less than. Because of him, I feel less financial stress in these strange economic times. I have recommended several of my own clients to him and Focus Credit union for financial guidance.

Great service friendly staff

I moved to a new county recently and im so happy to be rid of this credit union! The member services representatives are rude and unwelcoming! I would rather put my money under my mattress then to bank with this institution!

At Focus you are penalized for something that is out of your control. They will charge you a $15 card replacement fee if your account gets compromised. Being a victim of fraud is a painful enough experience that the additional fee is just wrong…

This is by far the worst place to do business. At any point you go there they do not know what they are doing! The people are rude. They seem to forget who the customer is and are unwilling to help. Someone needs to change this. I have never been to a bank where they treat you so awful.
