Fireside Steak Pub

We finally got to come here after some bad weather during our visit to Bear Mountain. We got the crab cakes appetizer, crab stuffed sea scallops, sweet potato fries, and the fireside veal with the twice baked potato. Everything was great, but genuinely, if you're a veal fan, you HAVE to try the fireside veal. The sauce is out of this world.

The twice baked potato is also something special. If it's an option for your side, give it a try! You won't regret it!

I came here with mymom and son after a VERY long day filled with tubing, hiking and shopping. After eating things on the go all day, we were looking for a nice spot to sit and relax with a good meal. Fireside did not disappoint. The staff was beyond friendly and attentive. The food was incredible. We had the clam chowder amd calamari. The chowder was probably the best I have ever had, and I am very picky. It was so creamy amd fresh. The calamari was fried perfectly, not oily and paired well with their sauce. We had the chicken Fresca and 6 oz lobster tail with twice baked potatoes. Everything was delicious! We could not have been more happy that we chose this restaurant. To top it off, we asked my son what he wanted for dessert and he said he wished they had red velvet. This is one of his favorites but most restaurants never have it. To our surprise, when the waitress came over to tell us desserts that was the first on the list! Needless to say, my son was very happy. The cake was fantastic!!! We will be back and recommend anyone passing through or staying near by to make a stop here. You won't be disappointed!

Food is excellent, the staff are phenomenal and the steak O'Poivre is spot on. Their twice baked potatoes are second to NONE! I've dined there many times and will continue. Prices are what prices are these days, no matter where you go to eat. But it's certainly way less than going to the River Palm or another steak house.

We decided to stop by after hiking near by, what a great choice of place.
We had a great view of landscape from our table. All the appts and entrees were great.
Our server was really helpfull.

I had the Firehouse salmon with vegetables. Service was excellent. Food was good including the Baileys chocolate mousse.

Great place for the non local the atmosphere is great the cocktails were properly made and the prime rib was delish sorry no pictures to hungry

Was in the mood for prime rib on my boyfriend lives right around the corner from the steak pub. He suggested going there and it was a great suggestion. Waitress was wonderful. Very friendly. The place is definitely for locals. Had a great atmosphere. And was very busy!!

Came here for a late night bar session. Met some cool people and played darts, which was kind of cool because they had a scorekeeper machine. Highly recommend her one drink that taste just like mint chocolate chip ice cream, it’s a shot.

Very friendly place good atmosphere and food keep up the good work

My sisters and I wanted to get together for lunch.we didn't want to go to a dinner, so I came across this restaurant. We meet there, and we're greeted with a very welcoming atmosphere, the service by Diana was exceptional and add to that the food was delicious. Very highly recommend this absolute gem.

I love this place. It's decidedly not fancy. It's low key and comfortable with a varied menu. Terrific service from a friendly staff that makes you feel really welcome. Never been disappointed with a meal, either. Really good, satisfying food.

As an aside, I usually go with at least one dinner companion. I went in alone recently, a little apprehensive about being a table of one during the main dinner hour on a Saturday night. The staff was great, as always. I felt really well taken care of, and I think that says a lot about the type of place it is and its people.

Food was simply amazing. From the bread to appetizers to main course to sides to desert. I’ve been living in Stony Point x 15 years and never went to this restaurant. I can’t believe what I’ve been missing. Who knew???

Additionally the service was great and very friendly/accommodating staff. Was a perfect way to spend Mother’s Day.

I have eaten several times at this restaurant and each time I have selected a different menu option. Every single meal was delicious. From the lobster tail , wings, coconut shrimp, chicken Marsala, penne vodka, salmon , steaks! I mean this place has a terrific cook! It has a hometown feel to it and the waitress Diana is friendly, attentive and thorough. The prices are reasonable and the menu offers something for everyone.

Our local go to place . Have been going here for years and never been disappointed. Friendly staff and great prices. Food is always delicious.

Just had lunch. Salad , Salmon Fillet with potato. Salmon was tasty and cooked perfectly. Service was great. Will definitely go back again.

Diana was great. She attended to our every need. The food was awesome. We had prime rib and rib eyes and all were cooked to perfection and delicious. Highly recommended!

The food is always amazing. The people including the customers are friendly. Have not had a bad meal there yet. And the dart board is a plus!
