I want to commend Jayson (CVS-20 Filors Lane Stony Point) for his extra-ordinary customer service together with his manager(didn’t get his name). They went out of their way to help me. It reinforced my belief that there are still good things left in humanity.

I recently made a last minute appointment for a Covid-19 test. They took/accepted my appointment. When I arrived via the drive through I was met with very compassionate staff that assisted me in the testing process. After I left I was notified via the CVS app and email that I was negative for COVID-19. This was a difficult time for me and to be treated with the type of professionalism and compassion was very appreciated. Thanks again.

Not sure why the negative reviews. The techs are helpful and they are very convenient with the app. I’ve never had an issue finding what I need. The coupons are great.

The Stony Point CVS location has very helpful staff. The store is well stocked and the pharmacy department has never let us down. The drive through window is helpful picking up our prescriptions.

I’ve never had a bad experience. Sometimes you just have to have patience your not the only one needing a prescription filled!.

The pharmacist Joe is very nice and on point he called me once my script was fixed by the doctor and let me know to come pick it up he made my experience better

The pharmacy section is always busy. Be prepared to wait. Typical CVS store. It's OK.
