The staff here are awesome. We went on a tour for my son's 14th birthday and they went above and beyond to make sure he had a remarkable day. We couldn't have asked for anything better. My kids even said they felt like family while we were there. Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the best plant tours I've ever been on. I've been to the plants in York PA. and Tomahawk WI. but this was by far the best. Our guide (Peanut) was very knowledgeable about the different parts and why they were designed a certain way. She also was able to explain the terminology to someone who has a very basic knowledge of bikes. The tour took us around the plant and showed most steps of the assembly process. The tour is a must if you're in the area!

Factory tours are the best, and this one rocks. When it opens back up, don't miss it! So much fun.

Great facility...

But GoogleMaps fails yet again!
Took me half an hour to find the actual facility!

The actual place is located on pilgrim rd. Just east of HWY 45.

Google needs to update their locations and navigational apps/ equipment...
