We stopped for breakfast this morning. We are from OH traveling to TX. What a great place. Sam, you have a big heart. The staff was awesome. The food was delicious. We truly felt a connection when we left. Sam, you keep doing what you do for others!! You and "Jo" are blessed to have each other.

Talking about a gem hidden in a town of 1800 population. This was absolutely one of my favorite breakfasts. Couldn't ask for better quality service and when I walked in there were two beautiful ladies. One named Ashley that was just full of energy full of smiles and that's how life should be no matter what you're taking on in life. Always be positive and pleasant. Love to see people excel and be successful. If you've never been here, I guarantee you. You will not be upset at all. Beautiful! And it even made you feel more comfortable when you got to pick your own coffee mug to drink out of. God bless you ladies and keep up the great quality. It's a little hard right now and prices are going to get a little high with everything going on. But I'd rather you raise your prices a little bit then change the quality that you serve me. Currently visiting from Canada and my best friend brought me here for lunch and she always talks about this place. So I was excited to try and had the chicken salad sandwich with hashbrown casserole and as a former chef, this was amazing! It's really delicious and heartwarming to have. It made this Canadian pretty hungry for more if we didn't have other plans. If anyone passes through or something, I'd recommend this place ♡

Beautiful stop for lunchtime. Food is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. Great cycling stop for coffee, lunch or desserts. Open Tuesday to Saturday 8am-2pm.

I ordered takeout for breakfast and really enjoyed the food. My wife and I split a bacon egg and cheese bagel, some biscuits with sausage gravy and French toast. It was all delicious. Service was great. It’s a cute little local shop that you can also dine in at. I’ll definitely be going back.

This public friendly place, makes food from scratch! They are nice and always open with warm hearts and always up for good conversation! You also get to pick what coffee cup you want to drink your coffee with!

A wonderful and welcoming stop on the bike trail. Friendly service and very reasonable prices. They accept contactless payments, so don’t worry about bringing your wallet if you’re out on a ride.

The food was excellent and the service was friendly. The owner came out to talk to us. The ambiance of the small town and old building is great. I highly recommend.

We had all in flavor out to our wedding. They were fantastic! Every appetizer that we asked for was phenomenal, and their staff was professional and friendly. My wife even snuck in a request for my favorite chicken salad sandwiches without me knowing, they were amazing! I strongly recommend everyone go see them and try their amazing menu.

The food was outstanding! The desserts don't just look amazing but also taste amazing! Just a quick stop off the bike path! I highly recommend taking a break from your ride and stopping in for some delicious down Cafe food.

Lovely Cafe. Very friendly atmosphere with exceptional customer service. They serve breakfast and lunch Tuesdays through Saturdays. We've had breakfast there twice. Very good food and reasonable prices. They also sell muffins and cupcakes. Love the cherry cream cheese muffins!

Love this little cafe! The staff is very friendly and the bagel breakfast sandwich was amazing. I rode there from Columbus on the Ohio to Erie Trail, and it was the perfect place to stop for mid-ride refueling. It's just a couple minutes off the path. We ate outside, but if you ride here, there's a huge window in the front so you can sit inside and still keep an eye on your bike. And seriously... the breakfast sandwich. So good. Next time I'll save room for one of the sweet baked goods that were calling to me pretty hard.

Came in with my husband and oldest son starving. We were greeted immediately with very friendly staff. Made me feel like I was at home. We ordered and a few minutes later had our plate. Very generous portions for very small price. We laughed with staff and just felt at home. We left stuffed and very happy. Definitely repeat customers

This place is great! True definition of hometown cooking. It's not your regular greasy breakfast food chain. The eggs are perfectly soft scrambled with all sorts of options to go on top. Not a ton of menu items but what they do make is made well.
The cutest part is that you can choose your own coffee cup. My favorite part of visiting friends' houses is when they have a ton of different coffee cups. This place did not disappoint as no 2 were alike!
They have a sign that says "come as friends, leave as family" and I believe that happens because all of the staff were incredibly friendly.
Once we left, my husband (as usual) misplaced his phone. Everyone in the restaurant was so kind to help him look over and over for it. He finally found it in the women's restroom (haha he didn't realize he'd used the women's) and they even sent us on our way with some sweets. It was so sweet of them to do that but we were just grateful enough that they helped him look!
Wr will definitely stop on our way through again .

This is a wonderful cafe just a few blocks from the bike trail, and well worth the detour. I had a grilled cheese with pulled pork on it, and it sure hit the spot. Can't go wrong with one of their quarter pound chocolate chip cookies as well!

Whole Hog Breakfast Burrito Smothered with Homemade Sausage Gravy......and Cupcakes!!! Small Town breakfast, BIG on flavor!!!

Found out about this place thru a coworker. The cookies are huge and very good. The brownies were also very rich and good. Price reasonable for what you get.

What an awesome place. I was doing some work in the upstairs apartments and decided to stop in for a treat. After a homemade blueberry muffin, cherry cheesecake, and a enormous chocolate chip cookie I was stuffed! I called it an early work day just so I had a reason to come back the next morning for some biscuits and gravy....Delicious! Whoever said procrastinating doesn't pay off has never enjoyed your cafe like I did. Keep up what your doing.
