I love this place! I am so happy when they opened back up after construction. I tried other Starbucks but here has been the best! They are so polite and amazing! They are always kind to their customers! They always make my day right before a 12 hour shift whether it be a night or day shift! I highly recommend them because they are the only reason that I keep going back to Starbucks cause I use to not go however from just the great experience I have received from them every time! I keep going back!

This store is getting blamed for a decision that was not made by them, but by a corporation. People need to understand that this is a chain and not all decisions are made by them exclusively.

I have always enjoyed this location. It is in such a convenient spot with being near a campus and a highway. While always busy, employees have been able to treat me with kindness and respect while they make my order. The employees here are also quick with the orders, especially in a during rush hour.

They make the best coffee 🥰🤞🏽🙂 I always get no whipped cream & almond milk 🫶🏽🫶🏽 there drive thru customer service is 10/10

It’s disheartening to see the many negative reviews based by a corporate decision. As a regular customer, I've consistently received excellent service.

I’d strongly encourage others to be mindful of the impact that slander can and will have on the local store management. Recognize the broader complexities at play here.

I adore this location. Free parking that's (usually) easy to find, super friendly staff that always greet you kindly when you walk in, and ample nautral light make it a great place to get work done. It never feels too busy. Clayton definitely does a great job in his day to day work, have to give him a shoutout for that.

The major complaint I have for this place is that the chairs are INSANELY loud. I'd really hope they could put some felt feet on them or maybe invest in carpeting for the cafe area... my eardrums explode everytime I scoot around.

The firing of the two employees was NOT a store management decision and should not reflect the store or its other employees who are just as upset. Corporate is in charge of what happened to the two brave employees.

No shock here but the Starbucks is great. Despite the tight parking space, they get everyone in and out quickly and are so nice while doing it. The peppermint mocha is back and in a pinch headed to downtown showings this sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich makes my morning! Great service and a well oiled machine!

I love the store management at this place! So sad about the recent robbery- It had NOTHING to do with this stores management! IT WAS ALL CORPORATE! :)

Hate that it is still just drive through only. I hope the inside will open up again soon

I heard corporate did the firing not management. Totally out of management’s control!!! The inside should be reopened too! It is very missed and a waste with all the remodeling done.

The service is always amazing ! These baristas are superstars and are a great team as a whole ! This store is amazing, very friendly staff, this store has perfected my shaken brown sugar drink as it is made with love EVERYTIME ! 10/10

it was late in the day not usual for the family to visit we had to wait we were all okay with that we sang and play around in car because our hearts were set on the bucks ,they made our drinks and they all tasted Grrrrrrret! she approached the window and told me she love my energy ahhhh thank you!

Everyone there was friendly and courteous. The store was clean and well lit. It's always busy there, especially during lunch time. They use corporate approved contemporary music in order to keep the ambiance as chill and pleasant as possible.
Not sure about the process of making their coffee, but would love to see it on their website, so we could tag team the coffee making at home at a fraction of the cost.

The Barista was amazing. She even made a up sale suggestion that was well worth the extra dollar.

A popular location! Sometimes the drive-thru line is long, but it goes rather smoothly and quickly.

I regularly go here, and other than the drive thru being kind of annoying the way it’s set up, I ALWAYS enjoy going to this location. Everyone is always so nice. They always get the order right. Today though was extra special. It was super busy and kind of a long wait, but my barista made my drink extra pretty for me, even though they were crazy busy. Idk his name but he’s a young black man and had pink/red hair! THANK YOU GUY! Made my day! Took a picture of the perfection and added it to your google photos!

This store is at the end of street. I pop in all hours, days, etc. Always treated well, professionally as well as friendly. I am 68-year-old, and my health isn't great. In early May the manager had to call 911 for me. I was thoroughly impressed with the speed, calm, and compassion she showed towards me & situation. I am endlessly grateful to her as well as staff at this Starbucks ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ there should be 6 stars for these baristas all!

Took my son for a treat after getting his cast put on. The staff was super helpful with him as he had no idea what to order. The vanilla scones were delicious! He asks to go back every time we go to Children's now.

Say what you will about Starbucks but I enjoy this coffee. They are a winner with technology because the app is the best. You can customize any drink in the app. Then you can order and have it ready by the time you get there. I literally order 10 minutes before I arrive so that all I need to do is walk up...grab and go. You can ask for your drink through the drive thru but I prefer to walk in because the line at the drive thru is usually long. It's just faster to walk in so I can be on my way.
