I go there 3 to 4 times a week for breakfast. Love their sandwiches! Great staff!!! It's my go to, and it should be yours too!!! 5 stars!

This is one of the most unique experiences in Westchester County. A hidden gem for the uninitiated, Deli by day, music dinner theater by night. Rob the owner is a gem, by extension his employees, they are kind and courteous. Just the thought of having a live music venue in a deli is unique and brilliant! Holy cow! This is the mother of all Italian delis and cafes-and beyond. They do italian specialties and have their own unique twists and even a Vegan menu! I ordered the thyme lentil summer soup and the Georgia Peach salad. Will definitely go again, may have to move in.

We stopped to have lunch at Carmines on our way home from Atlantic City and what a great choice! It was easy to find, not too far off of the highway, and plenty of free parking. The owner greeted us personally and our waitress was amazing. The food, absolutely what you’d expect from an authentic Italian NY deli. Fresh quality meats, extensive menu, and ingredients that I haven’t had in my cooked meals since my grandmother cooked for me - she was from Italy! So delicious and there was a steady flow of regular customers coming in for takeout while we were there. We also had the pleasure of listening to live jazz music throughout our meal. The owner surprised us with two plates of assorted pastries on the house. He was touched that we were a party of six, all extended family and traveling together, and seemingly enjoying it. The owner got up and sang along with the musician on stage and he was really good! So glad we picked Carmines for our lunch stop, what a great place where we shared more memorable moments and enjoyed some of the most authentic Italian food we’ve had in a restaurant!

First time ordering from here and their food is tasty. They also offer healthy shakes. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Great little classic deli just a short walk from the Jaguar dealership. Great variety and service. I enjoyed the lunch very much!

Carmine’s is a unique place. Not only can you get great food (they even have vegan options which made my wife very happy!) but in the weekend it becomes a music venue!

If you haven't been there yet you have to go for the food and the music!!!

Great sandwich. I bought the Carmelas. It is made fresh to order and tasted great. The meat was fresh and bread had a slightly crunchy crust. I'll be back.

Hands down, the best deli in Elmsford. The food is great, service is great and we love the owner Robert. Ten stars!

This place is great. They have full vegan breakfast and lunch menus, in addition to the traditional deli menu. All the food is really good, and they have a really nice patio out front to dine outside.

Where else can you go and find live jazz during lunch. Put a smile on your face real quick!

Absolutely hands down, one of the best deli's+ I have ever been to. Super friendly staff, great music, and the food. They even have Friday nights live music.

Terrific roast beef and cheddar on a role. Absolutely perfect! Excellent roll, crisp lettuce, quality cheddar, horseradish mayo spread...and the roast beef---rare and delicious! They have live bands on the weekend. I plan to return to check that out in the future.

The owner helped me choose the sandwich and when I left it was raining a lot, I didn't bring an umbrella, the owner told one of his employees to take me to my car with one of his umbrellas, all of the employees are very friendly. excellent everything 🙂

Rob & Co. are awesome! They hosted my company for a work event after hours.

The food was top notch. Not to mention, Rob & 2 waitstaff members serviced 50 people with ease.
