Butler Inn of Pewaukee

They have an amazing area upstairs that holds parties. We celebrated Christmas with our office for 11 years, It holds many in a private area. Amazing steak!!

Butler Inn has a little bit of everything! Wonderful service, very prompt, friendly and knowledgable. Our group had a little bit of everything from scallops to ribs, to ahi tuna, and of course the star the 5 star filet. The 5 star filet has a delicious garlic butter on top, and when paired with the lobster it is a must have dish. Finished the night with a chocolate martini, and ice cream drinks which the staff hand muddles, they are thick creamy and delicious. Butler Inn had multiple drink and dinner specials, and is a must stop restaurant. Also not pictured the flaming cheese, which is a great experience.

Omg. No better food, service or atmosphere than this place. Coming here for years and have been to other name brand steak houses but this place is heads and shoulders above the rest. Not only the bang for your buck but the staff is amazing. Kudos to chef Andres

We hosted our team's holiday party at the restaurant this year - the 2nd floor space was perfectly sized for our group of 34. The entrees were all fantastic and everyone raved about the desserts. The entire staff team was very attentive throughout the evening to make sure everyone had a great time - even going elsewhere in the restaurant to get a specialty drink that a guest had requested.
We booked our party months in advance, and as luck would have it - the Packers playoff game was during our party! The staff accommodated our request to have the game on within the room so we could all celebrate the 2023 year as a team while still keeping an eye on the score. The only thing we would change about the evening was the outcome of the Packers vs. 49ers game!

One of the best kept secrets in Lake Country. Rachel and Megan are great at the bar. Good and drinks are excellent and not over priced. Highly recommend:)

My friend and I try supper clubs all over Wisconsin. Butler Inn is now at the top of our list. The food was incredible. Our server, Michelle, went above and beyond to be sure we had a good time. The bartenders and hostess treated us like family. Can’t wait to come back!!! Be sure to get a Louis filet and an ice cream drink.

The staff was all amazing. Flaming saganaki is great and steaks are cooked perfect. The live music for NYE was a nice touch. Thanks for a fun night!

Sat us next to the doors when it was -10 outside so yes we were freezing, I got the perch fish fry, deep fried it until most of the fish was gone. Disappointing for the price we paid I was expecting amazing food.

Food was fantastic! I had a nice big 16 oz. Steak. Very well done. (I had mine cooked Medium Rare) All steaks come with soup/salad and fried/baked potato/hash browns. Overall great place with friendly service!!

Haven't been there for years after 2 disappointing experiences. A friend said to try it again. WOW! better ribeye than Palmers.....thicker so easier to cook medium rare and not served in a pool of hot grease like Palmers does. Only disappointment was my wife's Old Fashioned....a little low on the Bullet bourbon and not muddled. Also the service was almost too good....entre came too fast. Her ribs and shrimp were very good as well.

Butler Inn lived up to it's reputation! The steak was delicious and very juicy. The shredded onions are some of the best I have had, amd I love onion rings... I have had a lot! My father had the special cut and loved it. I had the Beef Wellington and the center was tremendously soft. We were very happy.

We had an amazing time tonight. Drinks were great, fun and delicious. The food was fantastic, the Chefs know their craft and execute it perfectly. The staff was so warm and welcoming. This is a must stop for a classic Supper Club. Thank you

If you haven't had Louie's 5 star filet - you haven't had the best! I've been to most top rated steak houses in the Milwaukee/Chicago area and this is by far my favorite steak! Perfectly done every time, been coming back here for years. Finish off the night with their signature old fashioned brandy Alexander ice cream "drink" and you'll be coming back as well!

Always enjoy visiting here! We liked how the owner was out bussing tables because they were so busy, and how Niki came to chat with me. The food was delicious, especially the Walleye.

What a great dinner, with an experience to match. Our waitress Nina was top notch, and made our 10th anniversary meal one to remember, its so refreshing to interact with someone who genuinely enjoys doing their job. Steaks were cooked perfectly, and everything tasted amazing. We will definitely be back if for no other reason than to hang out with Nina again.

Fantastic place. Amazing steak, wine, and lobster. The prices are high, but well worth it. Service is 10/10 as well, Nina is one of the best servers I’ve ever had! Kind, friendly, very helpful. The support staff is also amazing, filling waters and clearing plates - so prompt about everything!
