Incredibly professional experience - which is not easy to find in this industry. As others have noted, I filled out a simple form and James and team did the rest; I had tried other companies in the past and some asked me to send extensive documentation and then ultimately walked away.

Aventine submitted a grievance to the Board of Assessment in Westchester and secured a nearly $5,000 annual reduction and then went on to get an incremental $1,500 annual reduction at the judicial level. Could not be happier with Aventine's professionalism and results.

I bought my home over two years ago and like everyone else on Long Island, immediately checked the taxes and tried to grieve them because naturally they were extremely high. I received a letter from Aventine Properties LLC and they stated I should be much lower. I took a shot in the dark and contacted them and signed up because they explained how this process works and I was way too busy to fight this after I went to my town tax assessors office and they said "I'm exactly where I should be" and I knew they weren't budging.. Aventine Properties fought for a year and a half for my home and got a 29% reduction!! What sets them aside from everyone else anywhere, is their customer service. No matter who I spoke to they were always polite, informative and always called back. I highly recommend them for anyone else who wants someone to fight for them. They are efficient and informative. Having to wait a year and half through denials and Supreme Court rulings etc.. Was ok because they always kept me posted and picked up the phone and kept me in the loop. Like many, I was a bit apprehensive to reply to a direct mailing. But I am very pleased that I did! The process was very straight forward. Their communication with me was excellent, both by phone and email. The employees were professional and courteous. Best thing is that my taxes were reduced by almost 7%. The process to get my property taxes reduced was painless. I filled right before all the COVID stuff closed the courts and yet they were still able to get my property tax reduced before the next bill came due in September (it was done in June)! The only other time I had my property re-assessed was back in 2017 and it was not nearly as easy as this and the communication was not as great as Aventine! Obviously I will be doing business with them again. I am sure when Legoland opens and property values tank that I will be able to get another few bucks knocked off the taxes. I normally do not respond to random solicitations by mail but they just saved me over 1k a year! If you got a letter from them do not hesitate! Do not spend another year throwing money away on taxes that CAN be reduced by Aventine!

It was a simple phone call and signature required and Aventine Properties, did the rest. They were successful in achieving a full 25% tax reduction for my home. By lowering taxes I believe it has enhanced my home value.
