Hilton Garden Inn Nanuet

My daughter got ready there on the morning of her wedding. We were from out of town so rented four rooms and a conference room for the bridal party to get ready. I was nervous it wouldn’t work out but it was GREAT. I had trouble getting the girl who rented the conference room to call me back and john the manager was lively and very helpful. The rest of the staff was incredible-so sweet and nice and the rooms were clean and great. Would highly recommend.

A standard Hilton Garden Inn. Clean & decent rooms, nice personnel at front desk & cleaning crew. Expect some noise from the Thruway right next to the hotel, but not overly intrusive, especially after a few hours it'll go unnoticed.

Rooms were very clean, staff is very friendly also helpful with knowing the area well. Nice porch outside to sit out have a drink or a bite to eat. Pool is kind of small but nice. Water is perfectly warm. How tub and exercise room were very clean. Definitely go back here if I'm back in the area.

Staff was excellent, breakfast was outstanding, rooms are very nice, lobby is appealing/comfortable, location is convenient from highways and for visits to Hudson Valley and other destinations.

This place is wonderful. The breakfast was lovely. The rooms were very nice and everything that they said they had they did. Gym, pool, and delicious hot breakfast.

The five stars are not for the hotel. They are for the employee named Sara-grace (hopefully spelt correctly) She helped make my stay 100% better when everything started to fall apart. I appreciate everything. Thank you so much. The hotel is a bit outdated and could use a remodel. Hard to find.

Enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Nanuet. It was a pleasure. Rooms were very clean and the service was great. Specially the service from the two ladies at the front desk named Stacy and Janayah. They had such good customer service. Very pleasant as while. I would definitely book again.

It felt like home sweet home!!! Thank you for treating my family & I with total respect & making us feel like we were at home!!!!

Room was clean and quiet. Restaurant was closed on Monday so no breakfast which was a bit disappointing but the Tuesday breakfast we had was excellent. Everything was made to order - no buffet. Had to ask for more towels and coffee pods since they only provided service every 3rd day due to Covid. Service was prompt and courteous. Would definitely stay again.

Very kind and considerate staff.

We were caught in a tornado at 4am. They invited us all in, including our 100 pound dog, to stay and sleep in the couches in the big lobby.

We ended up getting a room, and they gave us a great room at better than the online price

Awesome hotel great staff nice rooms , breakfast isn't included and they put coffee machines away after breakfast so no coffee .

Very nice and clean. Basic hotel. The entrance is in the back. The rooms are clean and updated.

Great staff very helpful did me good after i was in an accident in a foreign town.

Sean at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We were in town for a wake and funeral. We got in late and Sean at the desk and Ben at the bar made sure we were able to get some food and drink before the kitchen closed at 10.
The breakfast on Saturday morning was fine. Dominik was great. I never remember people's names normally. But the staff here really made our brief stay better.
Room was clean. Beds very comfortable.

What an amazing STAFF!!! Meghan was the Hostess with the Mostest from the very first conversation! We hosted our sons Bar Mitzvah weekend there 2 weeks ago and Meghans warmth and professionalism was impressive throughout. She led a great team of Front Desk staff that was Erica :):):) Iyisha & some others, each one was friendly, helpful and as welcoming to our entire group from start to finish. The Hotel rooms were clean & comfortable & the meeting rooms were perfect for our needs. A Prayer room & expansive Dining room were ours for the weekend and we really enjoyed! Kudos to the Hilton for putting such competent staff in place that really lets you feel at home at a Hilton Garden Inn. Thank you Meghan, Erica & all the rest of the Hilton Garden Inn Nanuet fantastic staff!

First time staying here was Dec 2016 and I will be returning the same time this year. Great customer service/hospitality. Beautiful decor. Very clean. Rooms are spacious and comfy... I received an email immediately after my stay from the FOM inquiring about my stay which was awesome.

The manager is super friendly and was always there talking to us and helping us out. She saw us taking our kids pictures and offered uss of a ballroom to take the pictures, she also gave us a breakfast voucher. The hotel was very clean and the room was very spacious and clean. The staff was always around if we needed anything. The pool was a hit with the kids and it was always stocked with fresh towels!! Would definetely reccomend this over many others in the area! Will stay again for sure!!

Beautiful place great service friendly people very clean. The only problem they seem to have is a very unreliable chef and after you wake up and are starving and cant wait to run down for your beautiful free breakfast only to be disappointed with a very large sign reading, "KITCHEN CLOSED". at least a few days a week!

After a long hard day of work there's nothing like kicking back. Not being from the area , my man Carl at the front desk made it feel like home. The rest of the staff also was excellent. They helped me with directions to get what I needed for my stay tonight. Relaxed in the whirlpool and then stretched out in the comfortable bed. Being away from home is hard enough, but everyone here made it enjoyable. Thanks Garden Inn Team.
