Delta Hotels by Marriott Milwaukee Northwest

This was the worst stay by Marriott yet. I was very disappointed. The staff was unprofessional and unknowledgable. Had to call the manager late at night. Who refused to make things right and refused to speak with me. I paid for the room in advance. Same as I had done 3 days early at another Marriott in Colorado. They wanted me to add another card on file for incidentals. Took me a couple hours to check in. Then I got charged for a incidental that no one could tell me what for. When I checked out there was nothing wrong. I am very upset with marriott at the moment. I do not recommend them to anyone at all!!!

First time at this hotel (Sunday night). Had an excellent checkin experience with the night auditor (Intl gal). They have a delightful “snack” room for at least Platinum and higher tiered Marriott members. Good prices. Near Menominee falls downtown restaurants and taverns. Plenty of no charge parking. We will come back. There is an indoor pool if interested.

This was perfect! The staff were super friendly and checkin was fast and easy. The room was clean and I slept like a baby :)

Amazing hotel!!!!! I was very impressed. Probably the best I've stayed in! The room was really nice and clean, the rain shower was so cool. The gym was really nice and cold towels, nice touch! I got a burger at the restaurant, it was really good and a good price. It was also delivered to my room by a gentleman dressed professionally and formally. The grab & go breakfast was really convenient and had great items. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The pool did look like it could have been cleaned a little better on the walls. I had a broken refrigerator in my room. It was repaired quickly and they put a note informing me it was fixed with a bag of M&M's. That was really nice.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds with an assortment of different firmness of pillows. Downside there was an event in the breakfast area until 9 am but the coffee bar was open with an excellent choice of breakfast more than just bagels or sweets, omelettes and eggs were available for purchase. But I am a coffee only in the morning girl and didn't get food but it was nice to see the options.

We arrived early and we were warmly greeted. We were given a room on the 5th floor behind the elevator. I was concerned the elevator noise would keep me up but I never heard it the entire stay. The room was modern and nicely appointed. Best of all it was spotlessly clean. The shower features two heads but only one is on at a time. Still, the rainfall effect from overhead was a welcome change. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on. We did not have the opportunity to visit the bar while it was operating but it appears to be a comfortable place to meet. The coffee bar is beautiful as well but we were disappointed there was not a dark roast available.
Overall, five stars. I would highly recommend staying here.

We went here for a wedding, so I can't vouch for the rooms, but the lobby and reception room were very nice. It's much improved since the last time we were there 3 years ago. The staff were great especially having to deal with a lot of drunk wedding guests!

Great hotel, staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. Really enjoyed the bar and got some breakfast and coffee in the morning which was good, albeit a bit overpriced in my opinion. Overall really enjoyed our stay here

Just walked in the door.. Gabriel responded to my special needs and gladly changed my room from second floor middle to first floor, first door, which to me is the best room in the house!!! Excellent customer service is priceless! The rooms are gorgeous. Condiments a little pricey but: Thank you Gabriel!

I was so impressed with this place. Lots of nice little extra touches in the room like adjustable tiny reading lights at the side of the bed, a table that fit over one of the chairs, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for shaving or make up, a huge screen TV and a super comfy bed. Oh and small pull out shelves in the closet. The bathroom was super updated too. Quiet place as well.

I was really surprised and delighted at how perfect a business hotel this is. Great connectivity for personal devices, lots of plugs, and a great shower without a tub. Comfy bed and travel friendly food rounded out the experience. Will stay again.

Great property. Can't wait to stay at a Delta again. Rooms were very nice and clean. Overall property was great. Restaurant was very good and not overpriced. Same with the bar. Staff was super friendly. Can't say enough good things. Thank you for your hospitality.

Did not stay there, just had a drink at Waterlin. Nice place, great service. The only odd thing is there was no music.

Very friendly check-in process. The entire family enjoyed the indoor pool. Room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient location just off I-41.

Wonderful room to have the baby shower

Great staff! Jenn at the front desk personally drove my license to the airport after accidentally leaving it at the hotel. Lifesaver! And the bed was super comfortable

The hotel is immaculate and the staff is amazing! My room was OMG amazing!

Staff is very friendly. The pool was closed, but we didn't have time to swim anyway.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here... Was very quiet... Restaurant was reasonable and had good food... Would definitely recommend and would stay here again... Staff were all friendly... convenient location...
