Hello this is Mr Angela Lombardi of Angela Lombardi's trash hauling I just want to apologize to Donald Brown if I did not show up for a job I am sincerely sorry something had to have been a mistake I'm a trustworthy person I've been doing this for 50 years it's a family business by any means I did not mean to not show up for you if you ever need anything hauled I will haul it for free for you Mr Donald Brown please I want to make this right I want this off of Google I apologize if there was any issue and I did not show up for you it must have gotten overlooked in our books again I apologize sir please take this to heart sincerely Angela Lombardi of Angelo Lombardi's trash hauling

I called them to haul some items away from my property after I cleared out a house that I was going to sell. They informed me that they would be at my house the next day in the afternoon. I told them that it was an emergency and the situation was time-sensitive. I made myself available during the afternoon but Lombardi never called and never showed up. How unprofessional is that? They can't expect to be successful doing this to customers and I hope they don't have the opportunity to do this to you.
