Amazing for bike service! I bought my first bike ever online and my dad tried his best to put it together, but he’s no mechanic. Brought it into the shop and the staff wasted no time fixing it up for me. Only took 15 minutes and the bike worked like a charm. Service fee is also very reasonable :)

We first bought a new tandem bike from Gary over 20 years ago. We been to his shop multiple times over the years. Honestly and fairness are hallmarks of the business. Thank you for all your years of consistent greatness.

I called this morning at 9am when they opened to see when I could get my chain replaced that I broke at 8:30. The owner told me he was on his way in and he would meet me at the shop to fix it. He had me in and out in 10 minutes. He was way to fair on his prices for the work he did. He was very polite and friendly. I can’t say enough about how great he treated me. I’d give it 5 stars times 2!!

This is the best bike repair shop ever dealt with. Around 10:30am , I took my bike to repair several things including brakes, handlebars, gear changes issues & wheel alignments .By 1:30pm which is 3 hours later, I received a call that repaired has been completed. The man is very honest & did a good job. The price is really cheap compared to other bike shops I have been to.

I took my bike in yesterday because it broke while I was riding it. The store owner was able to fix it and was incredibly friendly. I would absolutely recommend that anyone with bike problems go here! His prices are also very reasonable!

The guys at dandy bikes are the nicest and so helpful! They have fair prices and so a great job. I come to then with any concerns with my bikes and they fix it in a timely manner.

I have gone in to Dandy Bikes over the years for multiple fixes from brakes to cranks and they have always been a wonderful help. They are quick, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.

Neighborhood independent Mom and Pop bike repair shop. I've been going there for my bike repair/maintenance since 03'...if they can't fix your bike here, It Can't Be Fixed! Great staff, fair rates!

It's Columbus' best bike shop. I've been a frequenter since 2013 and I'll tell you why. The bike selection will perfectly range from brand new to used. The selection won't be massive but it will be reasonable. Unless you are picky, there is a bike for you as well as for anyone you know. The prices are fair. I've walked through too many shops where I say "For what I want I could also save for a condo." You'll find something in price range. Maintenance is key. If you purchase a bike there, they remember, the people who run the shop often fix your bike immediately if they can. If it's a big fix and they need to keep your bike over night I've never had my bike stay for over two days. Last, accessories, the place is walled with everything extra you need/want like lights, helmets, chain guards (rust), mattress seats, cloud nine seats, even pegs to carry a friend (to the bar). If you really believe biking will be a positive than this is it.

Great service and very friendly! I bought a used bike there for a great price and the person there changed the grips on the handlebars on the spot for me because I didn’t like the original ones. Will definitely return when I need to repair my bike.

I came in off the street after my fancy ebike with a covered chain came off the gear. He wasn't familiar with the bike, but after looking at it he told me it would be ready in an hour. Called me in an hour almost to the minute, when I picked it up, he had fixed the chain, tightened everything and topped up the tires. Basically a full tune up -- he charged me only 20 bucks. Really nice guy, honest, conscientious.

This place is extremely helpful. I have had a few problems with my bike over the past 6 months and this place has been able to help me for a good price in a reasonable amount of time. I have had a few flat tires and one time I needed a tune up. The price for service is around $8 and they charge about the same price for the tubes. Supposing the service needed is not terribly complicated, you can expect the job to be done in a 10-30 minute time span. Of course if there are more people there, the wait may be longer, but overall it is not bad.

The guy that operates this place is nice and overall helpful. He can make some good suggestions for service or products if you need them. He's also honest about the pricing if you ask.

I had a great experience with Dandy bikes. I went in yesterday b/c my brakes were making scratching sounds. The guy told me I needed new rear brake pads. He changed the pads and realigned both the front and rear brakes. Whole thing took about 10 minutes and cost me only $17 total. I'll definitely be going back for any service needs I have in the future.

I came in today because I needed a mounted water bottle holder for my mountain bike. The owner promptly found exactly what I needed and it fit my water bottle perfect. Very kind and prompt, a great place to shop.

I walked in thinking I’d see the bikes to get a good price range but to my surprise, they weren’t much more expensive than Walmart/target bikes but they were actual, good quality, bikes. I bought one immediately and started having problems with the rear wheel axle on the first day. I brought it back in and the store owner immediately flipped it around and fixed right there on the spot. Great shop with a friendly owner who’s kind-hearted!!

Awesome shop. The owner was very helpful - my boyfriend and I left with very reasonably priced bikes (the Raleigh Cadent 1, if you're curious,) perfectly suited to our interests. I couldn't be happier with my bike, and I'm really glad I gave him my business.

Friendly, fast, affordable - and a good job done! The guys at dandy are helpful and really look out for their customers' bikes and wallets! Was in there today for a repair of my back tire and other maintenance and a young girl walked in saying she needed a new lock because hers suffered water damage. One of the guys looked at it, fixed it up, and she left with a fully functional lock and instructions on how to fix it in the future. Could have sold her a new lock but didn't because she didn't need it! That's the kind of service that shows what great people they are. Props to the Dandy staff. Will be back for any future bike needs!! Thanks Guys!
