I felt a feeling of warmth when I first laid my eyes on the way the shelves were neat, stocked, and just a sense of joy for my first ever experience coming in there. And all I could think of was how I could've past by a million times and never noticed this pharmacy. I switched my kroger pharmacy, that was down the road from me to here, which is much farther from me. It goes to show great customer service keeps a business flowing mighty and well.

Very nostalgic looking location reminding me of the small pharmacy in the town where I grew up. However the experience was every bit as professional as the modern large chain stores. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism by Dauda the gentleman in the fitting department. Overall it was a great experience.

Crosbys has stood the test of time and prospered into a well ran machine. The employees are awesome and promptly anticipate your needs. The pharmacy is very quick and polite.

An old fashioned family drugstore that we all miss. Super friendly and lots of selections and even compounding

Great medican supply store for colostomy bags and other supplies that pharmacist do not carry or have.

Had to get diabetic shoes.I had fun looking around on the main floor. Didn't like so much about going downstairs. Had a hard time Maneuvering the stairs because I'm handicapped walk with a cane. But upstairs I saw so much that I could use.

I have been aware of Crosby's Drugs and Home Health Care for much of my life [they are a few years older than I am]. I have visited there several times [mostly as a visitor when I had been walking past and had had a few spare moments] during the past thirty or forty years.

So when my doctor [near Riverside Hospital] gave me a prescription for "compression stockings," I immediately headed towards Crosby's Drugs with my prescription because I had already known that Crosby's would have the expertise to help me far better than the "chain" pharmacy store that is within walking distance of my house would have been able to help me.

The woman at Crosby's who measured me and then sold me my "compression stockings" had been very patient and helpful. It had been great that I had been able to show up without an appointment [though there had been a brief wait before the "fitting room" had been available].

Less than one week later, when one of my new "compression stockings" developed a defect, the woman at Crosby's allowed me to exchange those defective "compression stockings" for a replacement pair of a slightly-different brand.

After I had been wearing my replacement pair of the slightly-different brand for approximately one week and had determined that they had been slightly too small for my needs, she allowed me to exchange that replacement pair for a slightly-larger pair that I believe has resolved the issue.

Crosby's Drugs sells many other "home health care" items that I do not currently need but may need at some point; I am certain that I will be back.

The pharmacists went above and beyond for me. I had severe oral thrush and was prescribed magic mouthwash which has to be compounded and contains lidocaine. Apparently lidocaine is hard to come by right now as several other pharmacies I talked to were out. All the other compounding pharmacies were closed for the evening except Crosby's. I called around 630 saying I could be there by 650 (they close at 7pm) and could they please make up the prescription for me that evening. They could have easily said no, come back in the morning but they said yes and stayed until 730pm, probably later to close up, because they knew I was desperate for relief. Great customer service in a pinch!

Don’t know how to start or finish. Crosby’s are the best in Columbus. Never had issues and customer service is excellent. No pharmacy can compare to them, on all aspects.

Very pleased. I had a hip replacement done. The lady who administered the johnson an johnson vaccine, came to my car and so I did not have to walk around the building to the front of the pharmacy. Everything was very professionally done. Gloves,mask. Questioner was completed. I was asked to remain 15 minutes to make sure I was ok with no side effects. She checked on me 3 times in the span of 15 minutes. You could not have asked for better treatment anywhere. Thank you J. L. Reedy

Every person I have interacted with speaks fluent--probably native--English. Not to seem intolerant but them understanding me and me understanding them (effortlessly) is nice and increasingly rare. They are competent, polite and professional and have a large inventory, which includes compounding. I have never used it but they also used to offer free delivery.

Beyond that because they are a local business, the money stays in the local economy and they don't constantly try to shove flu shots into my shoulders while spamming me with text messages about upcoming refills.

What they lack in polish they make up for in authenticity and customized, non-invasive service.

I have been using this pharmacy roughly 3 years now! They are the best in Columbus. Not only are they amazing at getting those odd prescriptions that most places don't carry Such as Diabetic shoes and hose they are also the ones who will take time to walk you thru everything to make sure you really do understand what is going on. They have been delivering my insulin and other meds for years to me now and treat me like I am family. I will never go to another pharmacy after being treated like I actually matter. I have also have a few times when I have had an issue with either my doctor or insurance and they go above and beyond to advocate for you. I would send anyone to this pharmacy with 100% KNOWING they are in fantastic hands!!

Been using them for several years now - they're always kind and helpful. Their charm and concern for customers makes up for the slightly longer wait times as compared to a large chain pharmacy.

I took my elder friend there. They found what she needed. And she was out in 5 minutes. Update I took my fiancee there today. July 9th 2022 And Matthew, was very fast and friendly

I have used Crosby drug far as I can remember. My mom had endometro cancer back in 1985 and they were so very good with all her need from incontinent to her medications. They also delivered them to our house. They also carry things no other pharmacy ever even thought about. So if you go looking for something and can't find it go to Crosby Drugs on north High st one block from Hudson and high. Thank you Crosby. and the staff is very open to your needs as well as polite and very friendly. They have two side one is any equipment you may need. The other takes care of any and all medication. Don't take my word for it check them out for yourself. Its been almost 30 years for my family!!!

Fri. July 5 afternoon lady pharmacist took extra time to put the vetrinarian's prescription into correct dosing packaging of what was ready on that busy Fri. after a holiday- & just before the weekend. Phone staff did a good job relaying my message of why it would help to get some of it before Mon.& also called me back to say the pharmacist would get it packaged up for me to pick up before they closed 7pm for weekend These staff were so helpful!

Amazing staff! Very knowledgeable! Treat customers like family! I live 18 miles away and a lifetime customer! Even though there is a CVS across the street I will always go to Crosby's! Customer for life! 😁
