K.A. Menendian Rug Gallery

Ashley is excellent to work with she is patient, listens very well and is quick with responding! My wife and I come 3 hours out of town to go to K.A. Menendian;s showroom to work with their dedicated staff! She has expert knowledge of their large inventory and a great sense of design. They have helped us find many beautiful rugs for our customers!

Due to Chads professionalism and excellent advice, my 100 year old antique rug was restored . I considered cutting it down due to frayed edges. Thank goodness I did not- Chad and Matt took much time deciding what should be done. They were able to restore the beauty through their careful cleaning and hand sew the fray edges so the palace rug was originally how we had first bought. Any loose threads weaved back into the rug -you couldn’t tell where it had come undone. Beautiful!

With the guidance of Ashely and Chris , I was also able to buy some one of a kind rugs for the rest of the house.
Ashely, with interior design knowledge, found beautiful complimentary rugs to the antique rug we just had serviced. They took much needed time to find the right rug as Chris tirelessly went through the beautiful large assortment stack of rugs.
I will never buy any rug online as they have different price points and customer satisfaction is their number one priority, you cannot make a mistake .
Chad,Matt ,Ashley and Chris truly know their business and when it comes to cleaning, restoring and buying rugs, I place my money and trust in them!

Dropped off two rugs to be cleaned and found they are running a but one get one cleaned special! I can see how they have been in business for so long. Easy drop off and the employee took them out of the car for us. Definitely would recommend!

I have moved out of the Columbus area and recently contacted Chris to help me find a larger version of a rug I purchased from them in 2017. Chris not only found it, he engineered having it made in India and shipped to me in South Carolina. It was a seamless transaction. This company is wonderful to work with!

Second update: With a beautiful showroom and years of experience expertise, this company and specifically Chad, the owner, have exceeded my expectations.
I brought in very dense and dirty rug to be cleaned with no idea what to expect from this. After a thorough cleaning, my rug came back completely odorless, clean and refreshed! I'm so happy to be able to make this a statement piece in my home after it received the proper care. Chad informed me about proper care for the dense and stiff rug that I have after personally cleaning and presenting the rug to me today. After my experience, I can say that K.A. Menendian Rug Gallery IS the place to go if you are looking to acquire a new rug or to have one cleaned and refreshed. Thank you again to Chad and the team!

Update: I just got off of the phone with Chad, the owner of K.A. Menendian who personally assured me that this is not typical of their store, which I absolutely believe given the many 5-star reviews. I will be bringing the rug back to the store next week and I look forward to the cleaning typical of K.A. Menendian.

Just picked up my rug after a regular cleaning with deodorizer. When getting it out of my car to unveil it at home, I noticed some dog hair along the edge of the rug while it was still rolled in it’s protective paper. We have dogs, so I thought that it was strange, but maybe somehow during the thorough cleaning and drying process, the dog hair did not come off. I completely understand some hairs being left behind, and continued to unroll the rug. When I unrolled the rug, I noticed many hairs all over the rug and small pieces of fluff all over it also. When I smelled the rug, thinking that after the deodorizer, scrubbing/cleaning and hang drying in a heated chamber it would smell fresh, I was surprised to find that it smells....off now… It smelled just like a rug that needed to be cleaned before. Again, not what I was expecting from a professional rug cleaning. The only option I did not spring for was an enzyme wash.

I will call K.A. Menendian tomorrow to discuss and update the review afterwards, as they are closed at the time of this review.

K.A. Menendian offers superior customer service. I brought a rug in to be repaired, and not only was the quality of the repair excellent, it was done while I waited. Thank you again to Matt for your help!! I highly recommend K.A. Menendian!

Took a rug in to be cleaned. After the first cleaning, they were not content and volunteered to go a second round to ensure quality work - at no additional charge. Got the rug back and it looks almost brand new!

We found KA Menendian to be an excellent source. They had a wide selection of rugs to choose from and worked with us to find the one that was "just right." Installation was very professional. Overall, they were very easy to deal with. Very happy to have found them.

K.A. Menendian is wonderful! We were so happy with all of our rugs. I wasn't sure what to expect when we went, and thought they only had more traditional rugs. I prefer contemporary and I was not disappointed! We got 5 gorgeous rugs for our new house. The rug quality is amazing and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was super friendly, and helped us immensely with lots of decisions! I was initially concerned about cost, but we gave them our budget, and they made sure we were able to get everything we needed without going over our spending limit. Highly recommended!!!

I have inexpensive room size rugs that i needed cleaned.
They are not wool or imported just rugs that we like. This company sent a great crew to pick up clean and return the rugs in a timely manner, for a fair price and everyone we were in contact with were professional, prompt and very friendly. I will use no other rug company and as we upgrade to higher end rugs and carpets we will go to Menendian in the future. Thanks!!

I have been completely pleased with shopping for a new large area living room rug at K.A. Menendian Rug Gallery. I didn't realize what a huge selection is available. Ashley helped me and was pleasant to work with. I purchased a beautiful contemporary rug on sale that will be delivered free to my home. I highly recommend taking a look at their inventory and companies they work with and keeping an eye on the manufacturers' sales.

We purchased 3 area rugs and love what we purchased! Ashley was so helpful as were other sales individuals. They worked together so well to show us the best visuals for the variety of rugs we were considering for our home. I would recommend K. A. Menendian Rug Gallery when you are purchasing rugs. Ashley found us the perfect rugs to go with the purchases we had already made for our home.

Over the years, K.A. Menendian has done a wonderful job cleaning and repairing our Indian, Iranian, Turkish, Soviet and Chinese rugs. They are very careful, and work well with delicate silk rugs, and the fringe of old rugs.

I would strongly recommend them to anyone with lovely rugs that have picked up dirt, gotten damaged, or were unfortunate enough to be under the falling wineglass or still-learning puppy. Given the quality of their work, and the value of the rugs they're working on, their prices are very reasonable.

Drive by and have a talk with them, or bring one of your smaller rugs to be cleaned. You'll be impressed. I'm glad that Columbus still has a shop like this.

One of the best rug stores here in Columbus. They have a great selection to find what you're looking for and let us take samples home to test out. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They also share a building with a furniture store. Prices are a bit high but that's because of the quality you're getting.

Thank you to the staff at KA Menendian for saving the day! I recently purchased a rug in their showroom and a week later, spilled coffee all over it! Within the day, they picked up my new rug and had it cleaned for me. Whew! The staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

My cat spilled a full cup of coffee on my decades old hand-woven chinese rug. I used baking soda (bad, don't recommend), vinegar (also bad for coffee stains), stain removers, and carpet shampoo only to make it much worse than it originally was. I reluctantly brought it here for a professional cleaning and was surprised by the fair pricing. About $150 for deep clean for an 11 x 7ft rug. They didn't make any promises to fully remove the stain, but they did such a good job I almost have trouble pinpointing where the stain was. They truly brought my rug back to life! The staff was super friendly. They offered more expensive cleanings, but not to the point it was pushy and off putting.

TLDR; if you need your rug cleaned, come here!
