I cannot say enough good things about our experience with OSU Dublin Urgent Care!

The front desk staff was so friendly, helpful and efficient from the start. They were thorough in explaining treatment and payment protocol.

The vet was direct and kind in explaining her thoughts on our puppy’s situation. She offered several treatments (from no treatment to x-rays and testing) and helped us weigh the best options.

When we decided on x-rays, I explained that I was on a time crunch. She rallied the troops and got images, shared them with me and had us out of there in about 40 minutes!

Communication was clear after our visit, receipts were emailed immediately, and next steps were planned.

I give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!! Thank you thank you for a great visit!

Everyone at this facility was kind and compassionate. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and quality of care. I was even pleasantly surprised with a lower cost of care than what the initial estimate was. All of the care, communication, and customer service was superior and I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I had the best experience here. My cat Twinkle Toes was experiencing complications from a surgery, and they were the most compassionate and kind staff. They really have the best interest of your pet in mind. They throughly went over the cost estimate, came out and took him back right away, and were super quick and diligent with their testing and treatment. I cannot thank them enough for all they did for us- I would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Sorensen was absolutely incredible. When we brought our cat in, we knew he was really sick. But Dr. Sorensen took extra time to try to figure out exactly what was wrong before telling us our options of hospitalization or calling for quality of life. We chose to end his suffering and euthanize and Dr. Sorensen and Ethan were both so amazing. Sorensen sat with us, gave us all the time we wanted to spend with our kitty, and then talked us through as she was pushing the medications. Everyone we came into contact with was so incredibly kind and said sorry about our loss. If any emergency or after hours happens again, we will definitely be back. The staff here treated us and our dying kitty with so much respect and dignity.

I will recommend this hospital from here on out! Staff is super friendly, inviting, and extremely knowledgable and professional. Our wait time was minimal even with radiographs. Our dog was well cared for and we got answers to our problem with treatment options moving forward. The cost is also a plus, meaning no visit is cheap by any means, but they do not price gouge you and I believe everything was definitely within reason. Do not hesitate to come here first!

Our Goldendoodle Luella needed a TPLO surgery for a torn CCL in her knee. The staff was great! Dr. Butler was her surgeon and Dr.Hilborn was his resident. They were both pleasant to interact with. The surgery went without a hitch and she is on the road to recovery. Our family really appreciates the level of care we received from everyone at OSU. Thank You!

Our dog came home from day care with a huge gash to his leg. We called around & ended up here. They got us right back had our pup assessed quickly & treated efficiently. Everyone was very friendly and the care was great! Definitely recommend. Thankyou for caring for our baby.

After my sweet girl Abby ripped a toe nail I went to OSU main campus and they recommended Dublin as it would be cheaper and possibly quicker bc the main campus needed to prioritize emergency care and there were unfortunately many of those that day. The care team in Dublin was so kind and informative. They even drew a visual of her nail and explained that it would grow back. Bonus: her pink cast to match her harness 💕

I was so thankful for OSU Veterinary urgent care! First time I’ve ever had to take a pet in for any type of urgent visit, i was already anxious about the cost and possibilities of what was wrong. My 4 year old dog was taken in yesterday when she wasn’t acting herself. The staff were incredibly helpful before my arrival when I called. Walking me through what to expect and how much I would pay up front. All of the staff I encountered were calm and friendly, and that definitely eased my anxiety. Upon exam the woman was so attentive listening to my every concern, and even watching a few videos I had taken a day before. She told me what she suspected and explained what we were looking at before the initial history/exam were completed. Covid didn’t allow me to wait in waiting room which was understandable. But they were very quick and thorough when they called after the exam was completed. Cost was obviously one thing I was very worried about. Obviously I know everyone’s visit would be different but our visit in total was $150, and we were finished in roughly 3 hours from start to finish. Very thankful for the team and I hope to never need them again. But I know that we would be in amazing hands if we needed their care again.

This past week my husband and I brought our senior animal in with suspicion of an emergent condition. The receptionist was great and checked us in quickly. I made a comment about our dog being cold and she even got us a blanket for her! The tech listened to us explain our dogs history and did a great job collecting information. When the vet came in she explained our options based on our dog's history and then asked us what questions we had. She listened to us talk out our thoughts and ultimately, we settled on doing some blood work. From there it became very apparent that it was time to let our dog go. The staff was so amazing and caring throughout the entire process. They explained everything, set us up in a comfortable room and even brought our dog some leftover pizza and cookies they had for her last meal. They gave us as much time as we needed before and after euthanizing. Before anything was done the vet made sure we understood the process and cost associated and at no point did we feel like we were not in control of what happened with our dog. I can not say enough about the group of people that helped us on our most difficult day. I will recommend OSU to anyone in need of emergency services for their animals.

My vet recommended this urgent care when our GSD ripped off his toenail while running around outside. We were in and out very quickly and for a reasonable cost. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was very polite and helpful! Thank you for taking such good care of Thanos!

From the initial appointment set-up call to the visit, top-notch service! The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. One of the best vet experiences I have had.

Without going into detail because it's still too soon, we had to have a kitten pass over the rainbow bridge and it was tough because she was only 10 months old and just showed up on our doorstep one day. As soon as we walked in a nurse could see the despair on our faces and took her back immediately to start being looked at. Unfortunately after seizure issues we had to come back the next day to let her go. As heartbreaking as the ordeal was I cannot put into words how absolutely incredible the staff and doctor were both nights. They reinforced that we were making the only right decision and were caring, informative, and you could see how sad it made them to see our little one pass over. They made an almost intolerable couple of nights bearable and then sent us a hand written card that was also heartfelt and amazing. I seriously can't say ENOUGH wonderful things about them and their staff. They have a customer for life and if you're ever hesitant about taking a pet there, don't be, they are the example of how to manage the delicate balance between pet/owner and they touched our hearts on what was a very trying few days. Thank you for everything!

I'm giving five stars even though are care was 5 hrs to hear what was going on with our kitten.the reception was beyond amazing loved her wish I would asked her name..they were short staff..the care I had for sassy and I seen all the hard work they were doing..the prices..id recommend to anyone..my kitten cane home ate a few bites and drink awhole bowl of water.she looked alot better.thsnk you osu I would highly recommend

Dr. Sorensen was very kind, thorough and compassionate. She was able to diagnose what was wrong with our cat after seeing him once, when our local vet couldn't after seeing him a few times.

Took my cat here after her pupils were dilated and she began being scared and aggressive. They took such incredible care of her and made sure every question was answered thoroughly. I came in an anxious mess, but every staff member I encountered was beyond nice and showed genuine concern and compassion. Could not recommend this place enough

We had to take our dog Bailey as our vet was closed. I can't say enough good things about this place. Upon arrival they came to our car to help with Bailey, taking her straight back to be looked at by the vet. After a through exam, xrays and other test. They were great explain her condition and recommendations. This place gets 5 stars and more

Took my 16 lb canine to this center last evening (Sunday) at 8:30 PM. Staff was positive, responsive and very helpful. My vet @ VCA had no appointments until Friday, so her abscess would have ruptured by then. So appreciative of this Vet Center. Recommend!

My dog broke her leg and they performed orthopedic surgery to insert a pin down the bone to fix it. Price out the door a little less than $3k. Expect to pay 60% of the low figure estimate on admission, the balance is due on discharge. OSU offers a 9 month payment plan for the last $1000 dollars.
