We went into Mattress Firm on a Friday and we had our mattress delivered & all set up by Monday afternoon. Quick delivery!! Very pleased. We bought the Posturepedic Plus Hybrid High Point Plush mattress. We love it! We got free financing & it's a great Christmas present to ourselves. Thank you Mattress Firm for the great Customer Service.

I did not feel pressured to buy. Nor did I feel rushed when my fiance an I tried out at least 10 beds before making our decision. The guys were great and made buying a brand new mattress a breeze! 10/10 recommend south county mattress firm. Prices were absolutely affordable with a FREE power adjustable bedframe!! So sad I have to wait to until Wednesday but that's the only complaint I've got!

Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. Offered option instead of pushing expensive products. Also, very patient. Wasnt for sure which my mother need, he was a huge help in deciding the perfect mattress for her needs. I need a new mattress for myself and I'm confident that I will be getting it at Mattress Firm.

David was our salesmen. He welcomed us to the store, asking how he could help us. He pleasantly began having us try various firmness of different beds. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We did not feel rushed, as we took our time making a decision. Everything seemed to work out fine for us, as David figured up totals and set up our payment plan. We have nothing negative to say about David or the store.

My husband and I were looking for a mattress, I believe his name was Jimmy, he was very helpful. We didn't know what we wanted but after trying a few we knew how firm of a mattress we liked. He was ablento narrow down the mattresses to try. We picked a new mattress and were out of the store within 45 minutes. Our new mattress will come in 1 week!
