NO professionalism. I've called 3 times over 4 business days with no response. May change review based on any professionalism he may show if he ever returns my calls.
Update: He returned my call, blamed a misunderstanding (out of town, thought colleague called me back) on delaying the return call, however, he did return my call, and he provided the information I requested. Changing from 1 to 3 stars.

After my neighbor died her family hired Greg Hart to sell the house. He told them nobody was interested and then bought it for one third the value (according to Auditor's info) under the name JGH Investment Properties. He began renting the house to a series of miscreants who have caused neighbors to summon police and city code enforcement officers multiple times. Greg has not responded to phone calls nor email for the last two years, and previously spoke as if he were doing me a special favor when he finally had his tenant's discarded tires removed from front yard. Check out Almina Dr in Galloway. It's the house with the decaying fence, weeds growing in debris on the roof, and at the street a clump of twigs where a flowering cherry tree used to be but was evidently too much trouble for tenants or Greg to bother maintaining.
