We went here for our son’s first car and now with the newest driver in the house we went back. Work for best possible options and price range. Bobby does a great job working with the customer and no pressure sales. When it’s time for another we will definitely be back.

Cap City was awesome to deal with!! They keep you in the loop every step of the way and try to get the best prices on all your parts. Very attentive to detail and always make sure that everything is perfect. You do not see this kind of customer service much anymore for sure. We asked Cap City Customs to install a seat in the camper van we are building out. They did a great job and it took them half the time they were expecting! This meant it was cheaper as well. 😀 Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them if you are building a van out or looking for some custom work.

This is a great place to get a car they are in very good condition and Bobby and bill will help you with every step me and Bobby were texting for about a week before I came to get the car answer all questions I had and he tried his very best to get the best deal for me I would recommend coming here if you live close or 2 hours away like me if I could give 10 stars I would thank you very much Bobby hope the mustang build is going great

I went and bought a car Ford Escape from here and love the car! Felt so comfortable and confident working with Bobby and getting a car that fits perfect for my family. I decided to take my other car in to get fixed. 2015 Toyota corolla It was in need of multiple things to be fixed. From new breaks to new shocks, car door ratting, ball joint, coolant leak. Bobby was able to get my car fixed I’m great time, and my car is running Better then it has I’m years. He communicated to me every step of the way and was super informative about what needed fixed. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new car or car maintenance!

Simply put, it’s well worth the drive.
As my wife and I were looking to buy a new family car we had been to two large name car dealerships around Central Ohio. The experiences at those dealerships were lackluster and with the current market, the value that was presented in the cars they had for sale was less than ideal. We found this dealership through a Google search. It was a little over an hour drive for us but we decided to make the trip because the cars that we saw online not only seemed to be very nice and well featured but also a good value in comparison to what we had seen at other places. Once we had arrived the car that we wanted to see is quickly presented to us and a test drive was offered. One thing that immediately grabbed my wife’s and I’s attention was the complete lack of pressure placed upon us by the car lot staff. After a test drive and a good discussion we decided we would like to purchase the car. The price of the car seemed more than fair compared to everything else we had looked at so as the paperwork was being drawn up we engaged in a very friendly conversation with the staff. As I realized it was late in the day I tried to apologize for keeping them late, however they said there was no need. There was a true sense of assistance coming from the staff at this lot. We are very pleased with the car that we purchased and simply put it was well worth the drive. Would very much recommend to anyone and will be returning when we are in need of anything else.

Everyone needs a Bobby when they’re shopping for a car. Plainly, and simply he is amazing! Unfortunately, the car that I wanted initially became unavailable at another dealership but he went far and beyond assisting me to navigate the car buying process, getting the best/fair deal, and putting his name on the line to make sure I was treated well. All out of state! He brought humanity back in car sales. I can’t thank him enough!

Had two cars who needed body work and other mechanical fixes due to accidents. Unbelievable how quickly the work was done, how great each vehicle look after completion and how clean they were when I got them back. Top notch work and top notch communication throughout the process. Thank you!

15/10 Recommend Cap City! Took my truck in to have a few things done, they finished them so fast I asked them to take a look at a stick in my steering column while they had my truck. I had taken my truck to the ford dealership weeks before and given them a detailed breakdown of where it was sticking and they still couldn't locate it. I briefly explained it to cap city over the phone and they located it in under 30 min. They also were able to order the OEM part and install it before I picked it up! Great place for any aftermarket additions to your ride. Highly recommend!!

These guys….man what can I say! It just felt like they were an extension of my own family!! So laid back and really friendly atmosphere. No sales pressure tactics. No haggling straight forward deals. Very nice customer service, and when I was walking through the garage, I noticed the vintage cars they restore are absolutely amazing! Bill and Bob were great to work with and very informative on things I needed to know.
