I came to Ohio for a year and have been here so many times now and I couldn’t be happier!
Linda always does an amazing job, is super friendly and very professional.
The nails are pretty, high quality and last long, without any liftings.

I personally like to try different things and every time I leave the Nail Retreat I’m happy with the result.

I can only recommend this place!
If I ever come back to Ohio this will be my place to go (again).

today was my first appointment and it did not disappoint. pauline was lovely!! i called for a last minute appointment and she was able to accommodate me. the service was also very timely and the price is so reasonable. i will be back!

It was a great experience. I was taken care by Visal and he was pleasant and did a great job with my pedicure. The place is very clean and prices are reasonable.

Nail tech Visal does a great job! He is very detail oriented. I got the dipping powder nails and a pedicure from him twice and they last for weeks. Definitely recommend him! They even accept Venmo as payment which is convenient.

This place is my absolute favorite nail salon! Everyone is so nice, I’ve always been seen on time and they practice excellent covid precautions. I’ve had dip powder manicures elsewhere that have destroyed my cuticles or were too thick but Visal makes it perfectly delicate and my cuticles are all intact and treated with care. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I love the Nail Retreat. The technicians are excellent at what they do as well as friendly and professional. The salon is spotless, and the furnishings and decor are updated regularly. The business has been extremely responsible during the pandemic, asking clients to wear masks and to wait outside when necessary (although I’ve almost never had to wait, even though I usually walk in without an appointment). This salon totally deserves the excellent ratings it gets.

I love their work. I have had my nails done by several different shops here in Columbus and I can honestly say this is one of the best. The nail techs take their time, and they really want to make sure their clients are happy before checking out. While it is a bit on the pricey side, it is still reasonable and you the work is definitely with every penny. They have gained another regular customer in me!

I really look forward to my nail appointment whenever I book at The Nail Retreat. I've been booking with them for about two years now. Everyone is so friendly, and they treat their customers like family. They consistently provide amazing service, and accommodate to every person who walks through their door. No matter who is working with me that day, I know I'll leave with a beautiful manicure.

Great experience. I ended up changing to dip manixure at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. Technicians were friendly and customers were in a good mood. I had a pedicure as well and they did a wonderful job. They only accept cash tips or venmo/cashapp, so heads up. If you book online, they save your card details and make checkout very easy. I will definitely be returning.

I absolutely love this salon! The staff is pleasant and professional. They do such an excellent job on my nails! I work in the medical industry and am washing my hands constantly, so I always worry about my manicures going bad. My nails last at least 2-3 weeks with no problem. The salon is also very clean and very well priced for such good quality. I would recommend this salon to anyone! Also, the salon is under new management from the last post before mine, but even then I don't agree with the post. I have been going to this salon for 3+ years and have never felt uncomfortable.

Linda was great. Very soft and kind to hands. She is the only one allowed to touch my nails when back. Take CASH though so they can get good tips! There’s a ATM near in case you forget. But don’t!

I have been to many nail places around the Columbus area and can say without a doubt that The Nail Retreat is by far the best. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. I have been going to Linda for about a year now and she does an amazing job on all styles of nails!

I love going to the Nail Retreat for pedicures and dip powder manicures. Everyone there is so friendly and nice. I see several different technicians there and they always do a great job! Would highly recommend them. Tons of colors to choose from as well for dipping powder, gel, and nail polish!

The staff at the Nail Retreat, provides a quality of service that I appreciate. They are experienced, friendly and professional. I am always impressed by the way they maintain their scheduled appointment times and I will continue to visit each month.

This place is clean, affordable, and kind. I went in recently for a mani/pedi and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and spaciousness of the location. The chairs and work stations seemed brand new and like they keep everything clean and tidy regularly.
They offer all normal nail services including gel, acrylic, etc. and you should inquire about the price prior to visiting.

Appoints are not required, but are recommended as it can get busy especially in the afternoons. Good amount of parking in the lot; not a very busy area, but easy to find/get to with GPS.

There wasn't any part of my services or the facility that I didn't enjoy; everyone was nice, the guy that did my nails didn't rush and wasn't too rough. I genuinely felt pampered and relaxed the entire time. I'll definitely be returning again!

I’ve been getting pedicures at The Nail Retreat for about 7 years. Everyone is super nice and very professional! I’ve always been very satisfied with my pedicures. And now with Covid-19, they have gone above and beyond taking care of their customers. I would definitely recommend their services!!
