Krazy Daze

What a great smoke shop this place is. I have been a customer for over a year now and they just keep getting better and better with every visit. They have recently expanded and revamped the entire store.

The store itself has a welcoming vibe soon as you walk in the front door. You are greeted with a smile by either one of the owners or the store staff. It is perfectly acceptable to walk in and have a seat on the leather couch while grabbing a magazine to read as well.

My husband and I prefer this location over the one on Upper Valley even though the one on Upper Valley is only about 5 minutes away compared to E. National being a 20 minute drive from our house. Whoever the girl is that works at that location isn't very personable and is really slow moving.

Loved this place! Clean! Well laid out. The gift shop and smoke shop both. Specialized T-shirts printed on the spot. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I can't believe I've never been here before. No photos or videos are allowed.

Best incense around town !! Super cheap and so many options. The have mini, regular and jumbo original sticks and cones they have back flow and regular ones.

When to store get coils . I wanted two boxes and they didn't have two. So owner said he would check and see if he could more and he would me know. With in hour called and order more and what they would be in. Now that's great service.

The owner was extremely polite...it was hot out and he gave me a beverage of my choice on the house. I liked the place before but seeing that good people own it....I'll never buy another swisher from speedway again.

From the first time we walked into Crazy Daze everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Owners know their products. They encourage and welcome questions. The perfect family owned, friendly store.

Tim went above and beyond to help my husband with a product that he has had so much trouble finding.
He promptly took care of my issue, ordered the product I needed, and even found some in the back!

I've went to this shop for a little while now and every single time I've went in has been a positive experience. Even when I was having troubles with my pen not charging, rather than having me buy a new one or not even helping me, he willingly exchanged it out for me, I even then congratulated the owner for getting the 5 star review and he was so appreciative. Everyone at this shop is so nice and willing to help even when they dont know the issue either, I've learned so much from this shop and its atmosphere that I truly cannot recommend it enough. Needless to say, this shop needs to stay! 5 out of 5 stars well earned!

I love this place. I currently live in KY but was in Springfield visiting my family. I needed a coil for my VOOPOO Drag S. Krazy daze was the only place on the east side of Springfield that had what I needed. This place is Krazy Kool. Large selection and friendly staff. When I move back to Springfield it will be my main vape shop. Great job y'all!

I came here with a friend of mine looking for a bong and as soon as we walked in the door we were friendly greated. I was amazed by all the glass artwork and how friendly the employees were. Then the guy working showed us around and was extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have the best experience smoking. I ended up leaving with a smile on my face and I'll always go back here! BEST HEAD SHOP AROUND PERIOD!

Awesome experience every time I come up. The owners are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of their products. I don't have one bad thing to say. Plenty of selection and outstanding customer service! I've already recommended this place and will continue to do so.

I met Rick the co-owner of this shop today and he gave me one of the most conversational and welcoming visits of recent memory. The store is well stocked and very up front. The atmosphere is very bright and positive. I was checking out the e-juice and the prices were very good as well was the product. Will definitely make this my go to e-juice shop and also check out the other products. The clerk forgot to give me my 10 percent off for my first purchase but rick caught me at the door and gave me a 10 percent card to make up for it. 10 out of 10

!!Highly recommend!! This is a pretty neat place! ALLOT of flavor choices, have everything from full kits/start up vapors, to individual mods, replacement items, disposables including rechargeable! Had exactly what I wanted and more! A whole bunch of kratom options and CBD as well. I mean great experience. Owners were there during my visit and they were 100% AMAZING and had excellent knowledge of all their products. Just all around great! Keep it up, y'all are amazing!! I'll most DEFINITELY go back!

Nice atmosphere, a bit pricey. Can get all products on line 30 percent plus cheaper! But who wants to wait or not see the piece. Be sure to get in on the points discount, it helps a bit. And say hey to Reggie to!

The owner is a great guy he remembers everybody always a positive attitude and for the stuff I buy i get it cheaper here than anywhere else. He just remodeled the place and expanded looks amazing! If your looking for anything smoke related hes definitely got it!
