I'm holding back tears as I write this review. I never thought in a million years I would have to experience this, but yesterday, I brought my sweet kitty into their office due to breathing issues. Dr. Zimmerman and her staff were so incredibly compassionate when they informed me that he was in critical condition and were very honest with me about his chances of survival. When making the impossible decision to euthanize him, you could feel the sadness from every single person working there and I appreciated that so much. These people truly cared and never once made me feel like I was making the wrong decision. Thank you.

Our cat, Poe, suddenly had a medical emergency at 2am. We gave a quick call and made the trip there. They let us in immediately and quickly got to examining our sweet boy. The doctor gave us the options but was straight forward in what the odds were for recovery. She did this all with compassion and care for us, and Poe. We made the decision to end his suffering and we will never forget the love the doctor showed to Poe as he passed. She let him know how much he is loved and mourned with us. As painful as it was to go through this event, the doctor and staff helped us through with extreme professionalism and compassion, and for that, we are forever grateful.

I shot West Central Ohio Veterinary a call about my dog who was acting strange. I thought it was from the Heartworm medication I gave my dog. Dr. McCullough intercepted my phone call and he was more than gracious with his time. Thank you Dr. McCullough for easing my mind. You rock!

Had a great experience at this emergency Vet. They were caring, up front, and thorough with everything. Our Katie, a Pyrenees got very sick and was diagnosed with Addison's. Dr Ariana Cramer did an amazing job to figure out the problem and treat it. It was expensive because it's an emergency vet. We ended up having to go twice because she got worse, but it was worth every penny. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing emergency pet services, especially with Dr Ariana!

The staff here is great! They made a difficult time and decision a little bit easier for me. They gave advice to help make the decision as opposed to trying to sell unnecessary treatment for an old dog or try to sway you in one direction or the other. Best place I hope to never have to visit again

When my kitten, Smokey, was sick and acting very strange, I called and made an immediate appointment for him to get looked at. Thinking the absolute worst, . I was prepared to say goodbye to him, but the vet just discovered he had a very high fever from a bacterial infection brought on by a virus. Antibiotics and care, and he is back to his healthy self. He still has some after effects that may take some time to heal, but I'm grateful that they were there when I thought the worst was going to happen. Price was normal for a visit, and I gladly would pay to make sure any of my pets that are ill get treated when my normal vet is closed. Thank you for being open 24 hours. The pic is him eating and drinking after two days of not being able to from the fever.

Staff was friendly, helpful. Vet was caring and answered our questions and helped us to understand possible paths forward. Would not hesitate to go there any time the need would arise.

Thank you so much for being there in our time of need and helping us and our little girl Riley. She can rest in peace without pain now.

Not only the Dr's but the entire staff have treated George like he was a member of their family. They explain everything that they are going to do and answer any questions that I might have. I always know whenever I have taken one of my fur babies to Weat Central Ohio Vet that they will get the very best care

I had to do the hardest decision that ive ever had to do and put my bestfriend of 15 years down on sunday afternoon. They made us feel super comfortable and gave us as much time as needed. They were very comforting and thoughtful and appreciate the care that came from all the staff and doctor. Thank You!!

I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff was when I had to bring my Mastiff in this weekend. They treated us with respect, courtesy and compassion from the initial phone call throughout the appointment. They told us step by step what they were going to do and what to expect. They discussed options in ways I could understand and were so patient and kind. I will recommend this clinic to anyone needing emergency care for their pet.

Very impressed with this veterinary service. We tried our regular vet who was not available at 3 a.m., so we drove to Lima for help. The staff there was top notch, caring, professional and knowledgable. Thank goodness for the care our dog received. Would HIGHLY recommend this clinic.

After having to unexpectedly put my best friend of 16 years down last night, there’s is no other emergency vet I would have wanted to go through this with. They were very sincere and caring through the whole process, giving us all the time we needed with our best friend and making sure she was completely comfortable in her passing. I was nervous bringing her in as this was my first time going through this and I left at ease knowing she was in good hands the whole time. Would definitely recommend this to others when that time unfortunately gets here.

A lady wearing black outfit working there was so kind and understanding to me during my loss. She was so helpful and kind and caring. As well as the on duty vet. This was Sunday night at 130 am on Jan. 23, 2023 bless you for what you did for me and especially Lena my cat. I lost her and am hurting so much. It was quick and painless for her but I am so broken.

Everyone here was very sweet and kept us informed. On one of the worst nights of our life,(we can’t remember his name) the main veterinarian was the most professional and compassionate person we could have hoped to take our baby to. Very highly recommend from price, hours, and compassion. If you have a choice between them and Fort Wayne, them without a doubt.

Some of the bad reviews had me nervous- but the staff couldn’t have been more caring and compassionate. We had made the decision to have our 15 year old cat euthanized and the staff was so kind and accommodating. It’s never an easy decision, but having a caring staff helping you through the process makes a huge difference.

My Jemma was having an allergic reaction and Dr. Nathan and his staff got us in at midnight and took great care of my furbaby. Thank you so much for being there for her.

Quick to get in a room and see the vet. Check out took a little while, but the important part was very quick. Total time in office was 2 hours. That is only 1/4 of the wait time to see a vet at other places.

We had to take our 6 month old puppy in due to a virus. They are so kind and compassionate. Patiently addressed all of our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them.

Great option for emergency vet care over the weekend. Very thorough and professional staff!
