I wanted to take a moment to share my sincere gratitude for Joey and Nick who came out to my home to look at a problem with my Heat pump. I had been told by another well-known company that I was going to need to "spend thousands of dollars trying to fix the current one or just have them put in a whole new system". I was not satisfied with that answer and asked Muetzel to come look at the issue and they quickly went through several logical steps to identify the issue. The unit had been overcharged by the first company that came out to look at it and wasn't working properly. The first company had also suggested a new thermostat that they installed but did not have wired correctly for my unit to work. Long story short, Joey and Nick took the time to figure out EXACTLY what was wrong, communicated every step of the way and took care of the issue within 2 hours of coming to my home. They were very courteous, kind and took the time to explain everything they were doing. WOW...what a refreshing experience to share because positive customer service seems to be a rare thing these days. Please do yourself the favor of trusting Muetzel with all your needs and feel confident they will take care of everything you need! I had a phenomenal experience with Muetzel Plumbing! I live in an older victorian home and needed a valve replaced on an old galvanized pipe along with additional work to bring our main water line up to code. I had six plumbers come out to look at the job and half of them refused because they didn't think they would be able to do it successfully and risk having to replace our entire water line. Two different Plumbers recommended I called Meutzel for such a tricky job. They came out same day, Sean the Plumbing Service Manager was very knowledgable and went above and beyond even reaching out to the city inspector himself to make sure everything was copacetic before beginning the work and patiently answered all of my questions. Steve the Plumber was scheduled to do the work and he was EXCELLENT. He arrived a few minutes early, had all the tools & materials that were needed and gave me a step by step breakdown of what he planned to do before starting the work. He completed the job without any issues and even finished in a shorter period of time than was quoted. Steve was professional, knowledgable, and honest throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using Steve in the future and highly recommend him for any complex plumbing work! Thank you again Steve!

I work for a commercial facility in Columbus oh and I use Muetzel for all my HVAC and Plumbing. Have to say I give the company 5 stars because they treat my company as a priority and will always arrive early or right on time. Nick is one of the best techs there so if you use them. Ask for Nick.

I called Muetzel to come out and give me a quote to install two new toilets and check a 15 yr old hot water tank. I suspected the tank was not operating properly and Muetzel confirmed that it would be better to replace it than repair. They said they could do the work in the next couple of weeks.

The property was vacant but due to a family medical emergency, I explained to Kyle, the technician, that I needed the work done as soon as possible. He went out to his truck and made calls to confirm that the items needed for the work were available, gave me a written quote and said they could do the job in four days. I really appreciate the concern they showed to get the job done for my family.

We had different plumbers checks our sewage pump in an office building, got quotes to change it along with piping that reached 5k! We then had David Stilp from Muetzel plumbers who was very honest and basically said it does not need changed now! We appreciated his honest opinion that was built on his years of experience! We now know who to ask for when we need help!

Muetzel had installed our old water heater for the previous owners which lasted FOREVER. When it finally blew, we called them to install new one. The front-line person who answered the phone, Sonia, was so kind and sympathetic to my situation. She said she had to be realistic with scheduling and so they weren't able to fit me in same day but she scheduled me for first time on the next business day. She agreed to call me if they had cancellations and she expressed understanding when I told her I was going to call around to see if I could get someone sooner. We ended up finding a plumber closer to where we live who was able to do it quicker, but I will always remember how easy it was to talk with Sonia and definitely would use them if (God forbid) we have more plumbing needs.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Muetzel. From the customer service on the phone to the technicians that came to my house, everything was great. They were able to get to my house quickly (they even called me to move my appointment up a few days when they had a cancellation). The technicians were very friendly. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve it. I highly recommend Muetzel.

Needed a pipe repaired in home I just moved in to that was corroded and starting to leak (albeit very slowly). Called and was told it would be as an "emergency call" later in the afternoon which was fine. Great communication throughout the day as they called back and offered to come in the early afternoon as they were running ahead and it would not be an emergency call. Couldn't get out of work early so I kept the later time. Got a call when the guy was headed to my house. He was super polite, explained everything, did a great job, cleaned up, etc. Also answered a few questions not related to the pipe that will ultimately save me money as it gave me the direction to go in order to get my hot water heater working correctly. May have taken him literally 60 seconds, but will save me time and money. And my dog liked him, so that pretty much seals the deal with me! I also appreciate their responses to the few negative reviews. Shows real credibility and responsibility. Well done. Will definitely be using these folks for all my plumbing (and heating and cooling) needs.

I had the need for a plumber in a non-emergency situation. They came out an hour later and fixed my problem. Great service at a reasonable price.

Alden was super professional, very knowledgable, and did a great job. Muetzel was easy to contact, and sent the repairman right away. Service was friendly and would 100% use again if needed.

Very impressed with service received. Called company and was told that Steve was immediately on his way. He was prompt, courteous, used boot covers. He was able to fix our temperature coil on our hot water heater and the leak on two faucets. I will call them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

We had Muetzel replace our A/C and furnace after our Air Conditioner crapped out on us during the hottest week of the year. They worked us into their schedule so we didn't have to go too long without A/C and the install of both units went extremely quick! Their guys were allvery professional and friendly and did one heck of a job. They will definitely be my go to company for future HVAC and plumbing work!
