Chicken Salad Chick

Who doesn't love Chicken Salad Chick. I appreciate having the option of something different besides fast food. I really like this location and it's in a cool spot. This was my first time physically going into the restaurant. The staff were welcoming and did not rush me even though the store was closing in 20 minutes. Most of the staff were cleaning which I can appreciate. I really like the decor of the restaurant and it made it enjoyable to be there. I love the different options for chicken salad and have yet to try one that I did not like.

I decided I wanted to try somewhere I’ve never been to before for lunch at work, and stumbled upon Chicken Salad Chick.

I could not have “stumbled” upon a better work lunch find. It’s just a 5 minute drive from downtown and has a drive thru which is convenient on a busy day! The best part? A light quality lunch that I can grab from a drive thru. It’s a nice refresh from typical oily drive thru food.

I got the spicy pimento chicken salad sandwich meal, on a croissant with chicken corn soup. It all tasted great!

This location recently opened less than a mile from my home and I finally tried it - let me just say, I’m mad at myself for going on a Saturday evening since they are closed on Sunday’s! I got the trio - Dixie chick salad on the sandwich on toasted white. I don’t know how they do it, but the bread was a perfect mix of toasted-ness but still soft. It was also a full sized sandwich. For my second pick, I got a scoop of pimento cheese. It was great on the provided crackers, added to my sandwich and eaten alone off a fork. For my 3rd option I got the grape salad - when I tell you I cannot stop thinking about the grape salad - it was sooo delicious! Giant, perfect grapes in a cream cheese based sauce, topped with brown sugar and some finely chopped nuts. They even threw in a mini frosted sugar cookie (Cheryl’s makes them for them and I cannot resist those either!) I will be back on Monday for more! My trio was like $11 and I thought it was a very good value - I even had a good serving of pimento cheese left for a snack. I also got my husband a cup of the loaded potato soup - no picture of that, but he said it was absolutely delicious, and I thought very reasonably priced at 3.49 (you can also get a cup of soup as a side with any meal for no up-charge). My total take out bill was less than $14
Located across the street from the Sheetz in the newer strip, there’s plenty of free parking, THEY HAVE A DRIVE-THRU and there was ample seating inside - don’t sleep on this place for lunch, dinner, takeout or catering!

The employees in this location are so nice and patient. Every time I come in there is a wait (I never mind). From checking out to the kitchen staff everyone is working diligently to fill orders. However I would like to shout out the sweetest Employee DeShawn. Today we went through the drive-through lane, and he allowed me a place three different orders, which was very kind of him! He was also very patient with us as he took our orders, and he was overall pleasant when we got to the window to make payment. There was a busy rush. There were three cars behind us. Our first orders even got messed up and he made sure to have them fixed immediately. And me and my coworkers love this place and today's experience meet us want to come back every time we work in the office. Thank you, DeShawn. Also we always see him anytime we come in and he is the nicest.

The food was super fresh .I never give 5 stars .I don’t take good pictures but this was great experience.I’ve been at least 2 other times.

I went to their friends and family soft opening. The service was friendly specifically the male cashier working this morning at the first register. The food was pretty good. I like all of the different choices. I feel the croissant could be better. It's more of a soft roll than a croissant. The potato soup could also be better. The sweet tea was perfect. The cookie and pickle are a nice touch. I would like if they had a honey pecan chicken salad. Check them out I want them to succeed.

I’ve been hearing about this chain for a few weeks and decided to try right as this new location opened. The staff are extremely friendly and patient (ya girl couldn’t decide which chicken salad to get lol). The atmosphere is nice. I tried the cranberry almond chicken salad on a croissant and was pleased. I also got the tomato soup and pasta salad. The soup was really good - simple yet delicious. The pasta salad had a great flavor, however, the noodles were way overcooked. I’d still probably give it another try in the future if I really had a taste for pasta salad. Overall, great first experience!

They were having just a few new location drive-thru hiccups when I was there, but the staff was very nice and the food was delicious.

After I had a rough experience at another Columbus location a few years ago (after many years of eating their food in another state), I was turned off and stayed away for a long time. This new location has the food down pat, and everything was great.

Crazy busy for lunch, but good and served as quickly as possible. They have only been open for about 4 days now.
BBQ chicken salad gets 2 thumbs up from me.
Chicken tortilla soup gets at least that many thumbs up.

First time trying this today Won't be my last. The Staff is courteous and friendly. The Chicken Salad is soooo good. And the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend getting the cookies too.

Chicken Salad Chick is out-of-this-world delicious, and the Grandview store is my favorite location. The food is fantastic, the dining area is clean and lovely, and the staff is always incredibly kind. A huge thank you to the wonderful employees!

I love this place! I go here more than I want to admit lol but it so good 🥹 and when I don’t feel gross after eating eat! ❤

Love this place! Today was my first experience and it was a few hiccups with me having multiple orders but the store manager Brianna made everything right! The food is delicious and I suggest you pull up to Grandview and enjoy!😊

Very friendly staff and good food. I love the spicy pimento cheese. They give you a Cheryl’s cookie with each meal.

I work down the street so my coworkers and I come here weekly. Food is amazing and service is equally as great! Especially Troy!
