He was able to diagnose my drainage issue and and explain the steps he was going to take to solve the problem in order of magnitude. He started with the easiest and least expensive. Had to have a new toilet installed. Installer was great and did a wonderful job. This is the only bathroom and the installation was fast and my family wasn’t inconvenienced at all.

Very good work I was just expecting a newborn baby and my shower has started to leak and drain through the floor leading into my kitchen, I also had a water heater tank go out in the middle of the winter and also needed some plumbing things done for a new toilet install in my half bathroom the services that I did receive were fairly priced and was quality work I recommend bucktown C & M this guy is a jack of all trades and if it's something that he hasn't done before he figures it out on the spot! Brandon rocks. After 3 bottles of Drano couldn't clear the monster clog in my elderly mom's kitchen sink, my sister called Brandon. He came out by noon the next day, and we had a functional sink again in about 90 minutes or less. He even cleaned the under-sink cabinet floor. And he put up with two tiny but loud dogs. And he couldn't have been more delightful or courteous. What a dude. Oh by the way, he doesn't charge enough. So my sister and I threw in a nice tip because he should have charged more. Call Brandon. He's honest, responsive, prompt, skilled, and reasonable.

Replaced an outdoor spigot and pipe after it burst this winter. Brandon quickly installed new hardware and had it up and running in no time. Communication was great, and Brandon is transparent in pricing before starting the work. I will continue to use Bucktown C&M for my plumbing needs!
