You can get a car anywhere but the experience is what makes you decide where to purchase. We went in, and closed a wonderful deal in one visit and picked the car the next day. My first schedule service on Kia Sorento. Service was on time and performed exactly as promised. I was treated with courtesy and respect. Customer service lounge was clean and had coffee and other hot beverages that were complimentary.

Always meet me promptly inside their garage. They explain what my car needs, why and what it will cost. When repairs will take longer than an hour or so, they provide a loaner car or a driver to take me home. Waiting area is comfortable and restrooms are always clean.I’m always thanked and given a free car wash with each service. I’ll continue to bring my car here for service and will most likely purchase my next new car from this dealership.

His patience put me at ease and he was very thorough while explaining all of the vehicle's features, so I left the dealership feeling confident. I took my car in for routine maintenance (oil change, tires rotated, fluid check etc) got there 10mins before my scheduled appointment & was greeted right away & checked in. We had been looking for our 16 years old his first car. We had been all over Ohio. We came here, and Chris Foxx was great! We purchased a Kia Forte, and Chris had it detailed and a full tank of gas. All of the paper work was ready. We were out within an hour. Awesome experience!
