Stevenson Service Experts

What I hoped was a simple job of replacing a failed water recirculating pump on our decades-old oil-fired hot water boiler turned into a full-scale renovation and upgrade. Our heat was out, but Stevenson showed up to see what could be done. We went with a recommended propane boiler which cost probably twice what the repair would have been, but it still would have been an dirty old oil furnace. Chad and Stan (with help from a few others) did most of the heavy lifting to install the new boiler and overhaul the previous rats nest of zone pipes that looked like they were installed by Rube Goldberg! Chad organized the five zones into nice pipes and valves - all at right angles - and Stan installed the 85 feet of new propane line needed to reach the boiler. I think it will be all working tomorrow... just in time for summer. ;-)

NOTE: The process, particularly considering the need for building permits and coordination between county officials, propane suppliers, and HVAC and plumbing (gas) lines, was rather overwhelming. I think it would be an excellent idea for Stevenson to provide customers with a complete outline or checklist of what would be done, who would be doing it, what prerequisites were needed, etc., especially if two-three different companies or agencies needed to be there at the same time. That would have helped keep this moving since I think we lost a few days because I thought something had been done by one party (when it had not) and we were waiting for another party. Even without a "checklist," I strongly recommend that homeowners request detail of the process and actively manage it... Trust but verify! (check if permit was pulled as stated, etc.)

Trent L and Nick E did an amazing job installing our new Central A/C and Heating system. They completed the job faster than I thought it would take! It looks nice, neat and clean.

In the past two years, I've been Stevenson. I love how they hire high caliber people to service people. Today, Jordan Hamlin did my fall check-up on my whole system. Very professional person and great personality. Makes me feel happy that I've picked a great company to service my needs.

Sterling did a phenomenal job replacing a leaking toilet. Once the old was removed he found that it was not properly installed and made a special trip to get the part to fix it properly to avoid any future problems. I appreciate the job being done right! We also use them for our furnace and air conditioner and they have always done a wonderful job! I know who I'm calling from now on!

Cal H. and Justin N. were great! I had a situation where the furnace would not stop running a while back. They developed a temporary solution while they had to order a part. The estimated part arrival time was on-point, and the installation was seamless. They will be servicing my A/C for spring shortly.

The technician Jordan Hamlin did a very good job at installing the new filter for my heater. He came to my house by 12:30 pm ( it took him 41 minutes to install the filter and due other things relatiing to the heater) and working on installing the filter right away. And he did a good job at installing the new filter.. Personally, in my opinion he knew what he was doing and is very well trained at his job. Thank you Jordan Hamlin !

Cody Jones is an exceptional service technician. He is timely, reliable, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain every detail with his customers. In addition, he is willing to show each and every step he is taking with us. For someone not familiar with boilers, this is extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Cody to anyone that needs work done on a boiler and HVAC work period.

Our Stevenson Service Expert “Kenneth Wooten” has done outstanding work on our furnace maintenance. Kenneth was very detailed in answering all my questions and concerns. It was a joy to have Kenneth service our Furnace.

Sterling came to our home and assessed our water heater that was leaking. We needed it replaced and he was able to replace it same day! we did not use them before so I was amazed they were able to bring a new water heater at 5 PM and replace ours so we would have hot water. Sterling did an awesome job and it was very informative and I would definitely highly recommend Stevenson service experts.

They installed a new HVAC system and Water Heater in our home last June. It works wonderfully. They did a great job. We have their Advantage Program which is a wonderful thing. We just had our first routine maintenance completed and Mike Bresley provided superior service when he came out. He was very friendly, on-time and did a wonderful job.

01/24 Stan came and took care of my bathroom problem the same day for a great price.

2/25 Stan left tons of rotted wood in my floor around my toilet to avoid 6inches of work. Claimed to replace the issue but left a huge mess for the next person. Will not be using them for plumbing services in the future.

Jordan Hamlin was amazing! He came out and serviced our furnace and was informative about what we needed. Ordered the part and let us know when he would be back! The Service plan he told us about saved us lots of money!

Very impressed with the customer service that Stevenson provided! Tyler was extremely helpful with what options were available when I found myself in a situation of needing to replace my furnace, and went above and beyond to get me an exceptional offer that allowed me to replace my air conditioner at the same time in a great deal! I fully expected the install to be a hassle, however, the install team (Quenten and Colin) were incredibly professional, taking extra care to make sure my dogs didn't get out or scared, and they made sure to show me every aspect of the units installed. Very impressed!

Yesterday Jordan came out to perform our pre winter heater service and he did a great job. Jordan explain to me know Stevenson will provide photos to you of the work they preformed which makes it easy as the homeowner to keep a better history of the service. Thanks Jordon and Stevenson for having true experts and great service.

I would like to thank Sterling Foor for coming to fix our toilet. Sterling is very knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be fixed. He shared a lot of good pointers and suggestions. He replaced the old fixture and made the whole toilet look brand new. He also installed a new kitchen faucet. Overall, He did a remarkable job, and I am very happy to have received a very highly quality work from the expert. Thank you, Sterling, for the excellent service.

We have called Stevenson Service Experts a couple times now and will keep calling when we need help. Melvin replaced the pipes to a sink today and it was a great experience! He assessed the situation, gave an estimate for the work, then was able to complete the job same day with no surprises on the final invoice!

Stevenson Service has taken very good care of our system since the system was installed.
