I had my oil changed and tires rotated earlier this week and I had the most pleasant time. From making the appointment to checking in to getting my car back afterward, it was an easy, honest, and straightforward process. What's more, the price was lower than I expected it to be. The staff went above and beyond to provide a great experience.

I arrived at the dealership and met immediately by service technicians. I had a couple questions and after discussing those, the vehicle was taken back. Took about one half hour. Received free car wash. The people at Wagner Subaru are great to work with and are very qualified to service your vehicle. I have a lot of trust in them.

Wagner is Subaru is the best place to purchase a Subaru! Their "one-person," no-pressure approach to sales is a breath of fresh air, and so unique to car dealers. Additionally, their service department has numerous Master Technicians, which means if your vehicle needs service, you're getting the best knowledge around. I highly recommend them!

It was the most pleasant vehicle buying experience I have had. I did not feel pressured and felt we were provided a fair trade in value for our two vehicles. Our sales person kept in contact with us to make sure we were taken care of, but not so much that it seemed pushy or too much.

Also had my previous Forester fixed by their Service Department and they were very friendly, informative, and explained all the options I had and what they would recommend even if it meant less money for them.

I recently purchased a used car at Wagner Subaru that I found on the Autotrader website. The dealership is in Fairborn Ohio and I'm from Pittsburgh PA so distance was a potential challenge. When I reached out to the dealership, Chris replied and was very friendly and helpful, and worked with me to make the whole process very easy. When we arrived on the day of pickup, everything was in order and ready to go for a quick and seamless process of getting the new car and trading in the old. I really enjoyed my entire experience of purchasing my Outback. Lee was extremely knowledgeable and answered any question I had. I also appreciated that none of the typical high-pressure sales tactics that I've experienced at other dealerships are used at Wagner Subaru. Great experience! I had been putting off getting a new car due to past experiences. Dreading being at the dealership all day. Everyone was very friendly. I did not feel pressured at all. Laid back and relaxed atmosphere. Initial visit was about an hour. Second visit when I bought the car was about an hour and they reviewed features of the car. In 3 weeks someone will follow up to review features as well. Overall, my buying experience was excellent and I would purchase again from this dealership!

As soon as I contacted Wagner Subaru because my battery had died in my 2020 Forester and was sitting in my garage. They provided who I should call to tow the car to the dealership, careful instructions once to car arrived as to how to get an extended warranty on the battery, and what they recommended to replace the battery. I also requested that car be serviced since it was there. I was then notified of when the job was completed, I received the battery and installation at no charge and after paying for the servicing charge was back

I'm very happy with Wagner Subaru, both their sales and service departments. I bought a Crosstrek in 2018 and an Outback in 21; both purchases were hassle free and very fair. I've had both cars serviced there since new and only had 1 minor issue; during an oil change the crush washer installed was leaking a small amount. I took the car back and the service department immediately fixed the problem then completely cleaned the car under-carriage. They've provided recommendations on my service that has saved me money while keeping the cars in excellent condition.

Since 2007 I have been a staunch supporter of Wagner Subaru. My first purchase was an Outback, and from the beginning, I was impressed by the straightforward honesty and concern Wagner’s employees showed their customers. Our second purchase was a 2019 Outback, while still maintaining our first one. Recently, we traded in our 2007 Outback for a 2024 Crosstrek. Again, the honesty and the earnest caring for their customers is what keeps me coming back. I trust them implicitly…from sales, repairs, and advice on new models. For sales and service, Wagner Subaru is my choice now, and will be in the future..

I am a little floored that I was able to have a breezy time buying a car from a dealership. I worked with Susan to buy a 2024 Crosstrek Sport, which was not a model the dealership was able to keep in stock very quickly. The ordering process was simple, as was the buying process. My concerns were easily addressed and everything I needed was offered to me with no pressure. If you have a good idea of what you want, go ask for Susan and buy a car! It's weird to think about it now, but I'll absolutely go to Wagner for my next Subaru.

Wonderful place to purchase a car from, as well as get it serviced! Every staff member we encounter is friendly and knowledgeable. We got our BRZ from Mike and our Subaru Impreza from Chris- and both were great and easy experiences. The service at Wagner Subaru is exceptional. We love using the Express Lane for oil changes and it’s always speedy! When our cars have needed maintenance repairs, the service technicians are helpful at explaining everything. Our kids love coming in and looking at all of the fun in the lobby area!

Very good buying experience. I felt that the sales rep(Shea) did a great job of describing my Subaru choice, and gave me the time I needed to decide about buying the suv without being "pushy". Finishing the sale was relatively painless with Shea taking care of many of the car set up and transfer items. Walker Subaru turned out to be a good place to buy an SUV.
