Brandy who was working breakfast shift has the best people skills and was so friendly. Thank you, had to leave a good review since nobody ever wants to acknowledge the good, not the bad.

Really slow service, the employees don't have any pep in there step. Which makes for a hostile place to eat because everyone has been waiting do long for food.

Food was hot and fresh. Nice area for eating.

As usual if you eat in they do many drive through before you get yours

I come here almost every morning for the same couple of items and the staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with are very nice and it's a breath of fresh air compared to other McDonald's that I have visited. I appreciate the friendly staff, helps add to a good start for my day. 😊

It was very packed when we went and we didn't have to wait long at all they were quick. The place was clean. Food was excellent

Did an online order, the order was precise and thorough. Wait was a little bad, but when I was greeted at the window they apologized and switched my medium fries out to larges. Was very pleased with how everything turned out, all the way down to how many sauces there were.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Alexis was the drive thru employee that helped us and she was super nice. It was 12:45am and it was fast and easy. Called me by my first name, she was super loud over the intercom so I could hear very clearly, and asked for my mobile order number before I even got to the window. Need more McDonald's like this!

Midnight service is top notch! Wonderful service

Friendly, upbeat mood with staff. Quickly no questions asked corrected our mixed up order called in from days earlier. Very apologetic for mix up on others behalf. Food was fresh, great service all the way. Thanks

Order no bun sandwiches and they acted confused on it, doing keto. No bun means no bun, not give me a regular bun. That’s called sub reg bun, as I’ve don’t that in the past.

First time in years, I actually got the correct order. Food was served fast and hot.

To be super honest the McDonald's in xenia has really stepped up their game. We was in town and of course the baby was just starving to death since she just got finished eating. And she needed chicken nuggets and french fries. We normally only have one kid but we had a niece with us spending the night. So 2 kids to feed. Being on my paper thin budget we swung in with 10 bucks. Ended up with enough chicken nuggets and French fries to feed us all and got a couple drinks as well. And still had change. But the thing I'm most impressed with is that they we're really quick. It use to be you go and sit in line and didn't complain because you were too lazy to walk in to the counter and pick up your food. But i mean i think from the speaker to out of line was about 3 minutes. Super fast. Keep up the good work.

This comment is for the young man who often works at the first window. I believe his name is Jaylin? I've never ever expierenced such wonderful customer service anywhere! He is so polite, sweet and seems to really care how your days going. McDonald's make sure you keep him, he deserves a raise!

Late night drive threw. Fast and order was right. Everything seemed fresh. No old fries

we helped build the new buildings. i still remember the family of five order. thank you for being there. we did our own egg mac muffins when gathering as a family in cabins in TN and OH. we would make thirty each morning.

The line was incredibly long, but the service was extremely fast. The food was hot and delicious and the people in the drive-through were very polite and courteous.
