Excellent customer service. I went in to purchase glass for a reptile enclosure build, but was informed by an employee, Joshua, that the glass would be too brittle. So he helped me find a better material that matches my budget, and cut it to size for my needs. Very friendly and helpful. All the other employees were kind and helpful as well. Wonderful Lowe's store if you need anything for diy projects!

Emma helped us out we came in to get a new stove and fencing for a privacy fence. Emma was beyond AMAZING. the sweetest, happiest lowes employee I’ve ever encountered! She made things so easy & talked with us the whole time. She made sure to make things as easy for us as possible & I’m so grateful for that because as two women my mom & I thought we might of been in there forever trying to do the fencing. Emma’s customer service was top notch! 10/10

LOVED all the decor they had out for Halloween. But wasn't too pumped about the fact that we were in there for 25 minutes and I didn't see a single worker I could ask a question too. But, I know times are tough right now for businesses with their lack of employees so I won't hold that against them.

Xenia OH Lowe's is an excellent customer experience. Great staff and amazing selection. I am happy to have them in my back yard.

I found what I wanted on the website and went directly to it without having to wander around the store. All items are marked with item locations. I rarely go inside stores now because of Covid so I really liked knowing ahead of time where items are.

I also dropped off some rechargeable batteries to recycle. Lowes accepts rechargeable batteries, cell phones, plastic bags and fluorescent light bulbs. We are slowly switching to LED bulbs and dropping off old ones here.

THE TALE OF TWO LOWES:
Yesterday I gave a somewhat scathing review of the Beavercreek Lowe's. I won't recount that nightmarish experience in this review, but rather, I wanted to discuss my experience at the Xenia Lowe's this evening.
I was greeted at the door by the manager (who I now know is Sean ) who then asked me "What brings you to our store this evening and can we help you find it? I briefly shared what I needed, retrieved the items, and then, as I passed by the manager again and another employee, they both made it a point to say something to me which led to a nice conversation and a feeling that I hadn't just stopped by a store to purchase something but that I had had a pleasant experience, was cared about as a customer, and my business was welcomed. The checkout clerk was also extremely personable and made the experience checking out enjoyable. Quite a difference from my experience yesterday. Of course, none of the people knew it, but I spent just under $1,000 today 200 and some dollars yesterday, and I do so frequently. I'm not saying that customers should be treated better because they buy more, I'm saying the all customers should be treated like they buy a lot because in the end, they are the ones that pay the worker's paychecks. Personally, I'm happy to have helped pay these folks paychecks tonight!

As usual I bought something on sale excellent place to shop. Got a great deal on some Craftsman tools. 7 battery operated tools, with4 batteries and 2chargers 2 extra 4 amp batteries, cheap saved200 dollars on online sales . Excellent selection and polite people.

All I have to say is what a customer service, went to the store today to get a few stuff for my bathroom renovation and Ethan help me with everything with positive attitude. Answer all my questions and even did a few suggestions. Then we needed some help and Joshua came to help. Thanks so much Ethan and Joshua

Best service ever, and the tool selection is stellar!

I purchased my kitchen cabinets & installation through this store. Eric Phelps was the best. When the installer who put the estimate for install disappeared & all these large boxes were left in my kitchen. Eric came personally & unboxed everything & checked for damages. He then arranged for Glenn with Glad construction to do my install. He worked me into his busy schedule &did a beautiful job transforming my kitchen. Everytime I walk into my beautiful kitchen I think how great a job these guys did.

Bought a zero turn mower online. Picked it up fro Xenia location. The online did not give me my 20% off, so Karen helped me get my 20% off during a very busy time of the day. Karen was a true professional and great sense of humor.

Got what we needed without any issue and we love our new microwave!

We received help from a friendly and knowledgeable staff member in finding a set of utility shelves and adding wheels to it. Prices were reasonable and everything was in stock. And they still have actual people to check you out up front. Love that.

Had the items I needed to replace a kitchen sink drain at a good price. Good quality parts. Cashier was friendly and courteous.

As long as you talk to someone who knows what they are taking about its hreay.

Go to lowes for all my hardware and building supplies !! Great inventory and prices only thing I hate is all the signs in Spanish feels like they are helping illegals in America and doesn't seem very American
