Loved the decor at this place! So colorful and festive. The food was good and staff was attentive. I could tell the owner (or manager, but he seemed like the owner) was training/coaching some of the wait staff. He made sure everything kept moving in the right direction. That level of involvement means he cares about his restaurant.

If you're up for Mexican, definitely worth a try. I'm sure you'll be glad you did as I was.

Real good food with lots of flavor. I would definitely recommend the steak burrito over chicken (delicious). No wait, plenty of tables and good service. Not expensive either.

Lima gem! Best margaritas in town. The service is always great. The restaurant is well-decorated and comfortable. Highly recommend coming for a lunch special. I also like the fajita quesadillas and carne asada.

This place was so good. Ordered steak & chicken Alambres & margarita flight! Barely could walk after. Lol! Strong drinks delicious food. Definitely highway exit worthy!

The best in Lima. The owner and the staff take great care of the customers. The food is authentic and reasonably priced. I have tried all of the Mexican restaurants and this one is absolutely amazing.

The ambiance is lovely and relaxing here. We ordered guacamole, the fajita burrito and 3 al pastor tacos. I really enjoyed the raspberry margarita on the rocks. The chips and salsa are very hard to resist. This is definitely the best Mexican I have had in all of Lima, OH. I will definitely be going back very soon. Excellent service and big food portions for a reasonable price!!

This place is fantastic! Everything we’ve had from here is dynamite. The chelamarones are deliciously spiced shrimp wrapped in crispy bacon. The El Cazador sampler, is an array of fried burritos, nachos, quesadillas and pure flavor explosion. My son’s favorite dish is the Del Mar Special. It’s scallops, shrimp, crab, and tilapia in a sauce that is so cheesy and rich. My favorite is the chicken soft tacos, on flour tortillas. They have an amazing spicy sauce that really brings the heat. Also don’t forget to try the queso with chorizo it’s a must have. The chille relleno’s are fabulous too, and they’re really big. This place is definitely priced perfectly for all.

This is the best Mexican restaurant my family and friends have ever eaten at. Whatever seasoning they cook the food with is addictive. We live in Ashland(about an hour and a half away) and discovered this place after a softball tournament with a few families from our team. I took my son and his football buddies from ONU next. Then I took my other son's golf team when the played a tournament in the area. Now after several visits, the last few years, it is still my favorite. Everyone agrees El Cazador is amazing! It is a MUST stop when in Lima, Ohio.

Authentic Mexican food, with a Tex max feel if you want it. You get the best of both worlds. The Burria is slow cooked and amazing. The margs hit hard. The people running the place are great. If this isn’t a weekly part of your life and you live nearby, you’re not doing it right.

Just passing thru the area, stopped in late lunch. Enchiladas and tacos very good. The restaurant and bathrooms very clean!!

Employees are wonderful they bring your spirits up. Food is never late. And very clean. It’s a 5 star restaurant in my book!!

My first time here. I happened by it as I went to Walmart to pick up a few things. It was dinner time and we love Mexican food. I had the steak fajitas wirh no rice or tortillas. The wife had a single chimichunga dinner. Having eaten a lot of Mexican food, and often, Ican say this is one of the greats for us. The salsa was excellent, not spicy but very flavorful. The service was exceptional and the prices were competitive. These two dinners and two sodas were just $29. The steak was very tender and grilled to almost perfection. I don't think it was marinaded but it did have a hint of some flavor I can't make out but made it delicious! My wife said her meal was very good as well. The restaurant and restroom were very clean. Cleaner than most of the ones I frequent. When we get to Lima again I will give it another try to make sure it wasn't just a fluke. I'm pretty sure that the competition, called La Charreada, has a true rival in my opinion. If you get to Lima or ever just wondered and living in Lima give them a shot! In my opinion you won't regret it.

Best Mexican place in town. Lovely people. Get you a Fajipina and a magarita with a sugar rim. Dont forget the xangos

When ever I’m on this side of town at lunch. I stop here to eat. Alway great food,fresh. An very friendly.

I tried their Birria tacos I will definitely say that are delicious pair them with a dos Equis beer 🍺 I was just passing by in this little town and I’m glad I found some good Mexican 😋

Stopped here on my way home and it was so amazing. I will definitely be back next time I travel through here. The food was so flavorful and delicious. Couldn't have been better. 😋
