Needed to replace carpet in newly purchased home 2 weeks before hosting Christmas. No promises made for install date before Christmas but measure and install both occurred within 1 week of Christmas. Wonderful staff and installation team! Thank you all!

I had a good in store experience with LVP selection. Found a material that I really liked, Coretec Blended Praline. Order and installation went real smooth. I am very pleased with the outcome. This flooring is beautiful and looks great in my loft where it was installed. Taylor-Made is easy to work with and they do quality work. I highly recommend this company.

I had flooring put in my entire home about 10 years ago by Taylor Made and loved it. We just recently moved and wanted the carpeting taken out of the kitchen and replaced it with hardwood look vinyl. We love it! Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the salesperson to Lee to Steve and Brad. Excellent workmanship and clean up. I highly recommend Taylor-Made Floors.

Can't say enough about the last couple positive experiences having contracted with Taylor Made Floors. Had carpet installed in entire upstairs two years ago and seemed to have some problems with the carpet so we called and Taylor Made sent out one of their top installers to examine and it was determined that carpet had minor defects and eventually the Shaw Carpet honored full replacement. The same top installer Dave L. did the replacement installation with an assistant and did a beautiful job! Also, had LVT installed in lower level in early 2018 and the technicians Steve and Shannon did a terrific job. Very friendly work force and we are so happy to have worked with such a very reputable c company.

Staff and installers did a great job. Had plank vinyl and carpet installed. Both work crews were experienced professionals. The sales people were very patient. It took me several visits to decide on which product to purchase. Thank you.

Great place and people! Very helpful and prices are decent! Gave us some extra stuff (like padding scraps) for free even when we didn't buy anything). Delivery and installation is professional and timely. The rest of my family goes there too, even though they are sort of far away. Good selections and fair amount of in stock choices for fast delivery.

I have installed three floors DIY that I purchased from Taylor Made. I was very impressed with their sales staff and their knowledge of the products they offer and they have a great selection to choose from. The best part for me is when I needed a transition piece they took me right out to the warehouse and cut it for me then provided me with some valuable information on how to best install. You wont find that at any box store. Thank you Taylor Made. When I need anymore flooring I'll be back.

This place is the best in the area. 20 years ago they did flooring for my whole house. This year I did a remodel of wood luxury vinyl by Shaw and I just love it!! A big shout out to Lee for convincing me of running it thru the whole house and Steve for doing an immaculate job laying it so quickly with little or no cleanup. These peeps are the best. I purchased LVP flooring with the intention to have the experts at Taylor Made do the install as well. Well... some financial issues came up so I decided to go ahead and do the install myself. I’ve never installed flooring before and I have to say, the outstanding product and excellent service and support I received from Taylor Made has made my first flooring experience a positive one. They were ready and willing to help me out when I met with a snag. They even sent me sketches! Superior service guys (and gals)! Thanks!

Made one visit! They stated we need to come out to measure it properly. Did the next day. Carpet was installed within the 2 weeks that I asked. Left it all cleaned up. Very nice.......

We bought carpeting and kitchen flooring (Duraceramic) and were very pleased with the work and the quality of the carpeting and flooring. I would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone. And, their prices are reasonable.
