I called Saturday afternoon to order flowers for a close family friend who had a death in her family. I told the lady that answered the phone, I wanted something bright & beautiful that would lift her spirits. I gave her the name of a bouquet I liked but told her to use her discretion and create something special. She said, "I got it". I asked if she would be the one making the bouquet and she said yes.. I asked her to put all of her love into it, and she assured me she would. Our friend was in awe of the beautiful flowers & send me a picture. Not only did she create an amazing bouquet, but to my surprise, she was also able to get it delivered the same day. Jans Flowers exceeded all my expectations & I'm a pretty discerning customer.

Jan's has always done an amazing job on our flower orders. This year I asked them to do something extra special for my son's senior prom boutonniere. I purchased a rose from Etsy that was made from a baseball and asked that they add it in to his boutonniere with fresh roses. It turned out amazing!!

My sister in Spokane sent me a beautiful flower arrangement to cheer me up, and I absolutely loved it! She said when she called to place the order, the staff was so courteous and accommodating. The flowers got delivered while I was at work, and the staff even called me to see if I was okay with them being left on the porch. I was super happy with the beautiful arrangement and great service.

My grandson bought a matching set of wrist corsage and boutonnière for his 2023 Prom from this flower shop..
WOW! These were, by far, the most elaborate, gorgeous flower arrangements that I have ever seen made for special events, including ones that I have seen worn at the most expensive weddings. These were truly works of art!

Stopped in to get a hand bouquet for senior night for my son’s girlfriend. The woman who helped me was so friendly and nice! With just a few details about what I wanted, they created a beautiful bouquet! Looks like something from a magazine! Everyone commented on how pretty it was! Thanks!

Ordered same day delivery for my mom's celebration of being cancer free! There were some issues with my card not processing after submitting online, but I was given a call right away from a friendly staff member to correct the issue and get the flowers delivered right away. My mom loved these "happy" fall flowers, and I would definitely order from Jan's again.

My fiance bought me a stunning arrangement of flowers for my birthday and had them delivered to my office. I'm speechless for words and he's extremely happy with his purchase. WE are SO happy with the product we received! And to top it off, the flowers smell absolutely AMAZING! **pictures don't give justice to this arrangement!**

Jan's is amazing! I got married last October and was looking for a florist to do my flowers. I went to a few other places and they were way overpriced and I didn't get a good feel for what it was that I would be getting. I found Jan's by just googling a florist close to me. It is a little unassuming shop but I was very impressed with the customer service. I was explained to thoroughly what each flower was and alternative options. They helped walk me through the size of my bouquet, type, colors, flowers for the groom, bridesmaids, and groomsmen. I felt like they weren't just trying to get my money but honestly help me achieve my vision ( which was somewhere along the lines of drapey, woodsy, bohemian, pops of color but lots of flowy greenery so you can see why this would be difficult lol)! When I came to pick up the flowers they told me I was either going to love it or hate it and I LOVED it! It was perfect and if I could recommend this entire city to you guys I would! TRY JAN'S!! We used the room after a funeral. Was large enough without being too large. Bathrooms were large, and everything was very clean. It's located in a very convenient area.
