The Patterson class of 1998 hosted an All class reunion at Hollywood Gaming, and everything turned out great! The Event Manager Candice was so easy to work with and accommodated every request we made, even changing the room around a few hours before the event began. All of the staff was attentive and extremely helpful. If you are looking for an event space, I highly recommend them.

Great casino a horse racing track! Multiple table games and slot machines to play! On the second floor is where the simulcast horse racing wagering takes place. The horse track hosts live racing seasonally. Sports betting is also offered. There’s also a few really good restaurants and bars inside the casino along with a gift shop. Very clean, well run and secure casino! The staff is very friendly and productive! Plenty of parking available in the huge surrounding parking lots. I really recommend visiting this casino and horse track if you’re in the Dayton area!

I went in To pick up a friend, Decided to sit down at a machine and had a dollar to my name. Next thing you know some random guy won big and he blessed me and my lady both $20. That 40 turned into like a 160 and we were able to pay a bill that was Overdo. Thank you stranger for your kind blessing

We never win here.....but always have a great time! The staff is terrific. It's well managed, and we'll stocked with a huge variety of slots. There are 2 separate smoking areas to accommodate those who like to "puff and play"!

Classy casino! We've been frequenting here since it opened. Odds are well...casino. no tables but plenty of slots ranging in denomination. Sports gambling tho ive never tried. 3 smoking areas at each end. Endless free sodas and a cheap full service bar. There is a decent, affordable restraint upstairs overlooking the horse track. We have eaten there and it is affordable and tasty. Ambiance is kinda like a steakhouse. Parking can be a little tight but plenty of it. Staff is good but doesn't stand out. Enough machines to go around. It's crowded occasionally. For the most part it's comfy.

Got to experience the cash explosion show, had a great time at the casino also

Had a very good time was there for hours .. the guy beside me hit for 5000.00 on a penny machine.. but hey I was super excited to hit for 50.bucks.. it's a nice place clean an employees are super nice smoking section and dinner place they have all kinds of contests .. have fun enjoy

Lost all my money and had to go home and face the woman real fun

Nice, stopped in on my way to work in Lima OH. I was going to be 2 hours early so I decided to stop for an hour. Played one of the fire link games and hit a hand pay on my second spin. Only betting $1.50 at that. The Casino host was quick to come to my machine and collect my information and pay me my money. I'm sure I'll make the hour drive back to Dayton during my stay. I've played at just about all the Hollywood Casinos in Ohio and Indiana this is my first handpay.

I had a fun time there period
I am amazed on how busy the place was. But there were still flock machines available. People win more money on the penny machines. Then they do the higher amounts, and they say go there with a lot of money to lose. I definitely will be going back.

I previously reviewed on a casino that was not this one so I apologize for that. Hollywood gaming daton raceway I can't say enough about that Place. The staff there or hands down the friendliest staff of any casino I've ever been in. They're always helpful. They're always friendly. It seems to rub off on the guest as well. The guest there have always been friendly, treating you more like a neighbor than a stranger. Out of all the casinos I travel to this one's my favorite.
