The doctors and all the nurses and staff were exceptional. The nursing staff that I dealt with on the third floor were phenomenal. I was very pleased with their knowledge and with their caring on taking care of all of my needs. I was there for a week, and they all became like family. That’s how comfortable they made me feel.

I was treated extremely well. Everyone was concerned and very caring. Just so nice and helpful.Kettering has the best staff. They saved my life and I am very grateful. Thank you all from Doctors right down to nurses and aides.

Luckily I have never had lengthy hospital stays in my 71 years. From the time I entered the ER at Troy Kettering till I was released from Kettering Main I was treated with the highest level of care and respect. The care plan was thorough and consistent across shifts. The talented doctors and technicians ensured my care was excellent.

I entered Kettering main campus emergency on Monday with low heart rate. I was immediately processed into the system and attended to by multiple staff members. I was stable with no pain and they scheduled me for a pacemaker on Tuesday.surgery went well heart rate returned to normal and I feel great. The complete staff from my entering the facility all the way through dismissal exceeded my expectations.attention and care was awesome.

My husband had a cardiac ablation done at the Schuster Heart Hospital on Thursday by Dr. Shah. From the time he registered until the time he was discharged he received the best of care. The nurses, in particular Christina, were nice and caring. I was impressed with receiving two phone calls keeping me appraised of my husband's status during the procedure. He had to spend the night so he was moved from the second to third floor. The room was enormous! The nursing staff was still superb. Highly recommend this facility!

Everyone was very helpful and professional. They were nice and accommodating to me and my family members. The medical staff took good care of me and I felt I was in safe competent hands the whole time. The facility itself was great. All staff members were great including Doctors, PAs, nurses and assistants, nutrition, therapists, housekeeping. It was an easy process and allowed me to focus on my recovery.

If you have to be in the hospital… choose Kettering Health! I stayed at Kettering main and every person I encountered from admission to discharge were so kind, caring and helpful. I honestly could have not received better care; top notch RNs and ALL hospital staff!

Best visit yet. From ER to dismissal. The thing I noticed the most was it the nurses cologne was calmed down. On first.. visit some of the times I couldn't even breathe in the room for the nurses cologne so thank you for doing that especially in the Cancer Ward

Top notch Nurse's and Dr's...Best care anywhere..They actually cared about me and weren't there just for a paycheck!!! Wish I was rich enough to hire the Nurse's for my private use. I can't compliment the staff enough...They Are Great. Thank you for all your hard work.

Who could ever say spending three days in a hospital was a pleasant experience. Professionalism, friendliness, focused on duties, attentive to patient needs. These are just a few words I will use to describe absolutely everyone I came into contact with. Thank you for providing such good care.

Everyone was nice. Paula on 2E was very knowledgeable. Also Amy in recovery was excellent at her job and calming to me when not feeling well. Angela who was nurse for room 3416 was great at doing her job. She explained things well and was very helpful.
The hospital is wonderful and I felt comfortable being there. Thank you to Dr Shah and everyone.

I had the best experience with the L&D and mother and baby nurses! they all were the nicest and most sweet women ever! they made my stay easy and made sure i always had everything i needed no matter how many times i called and asked for help. will most definitely recommend this hospital everytime !

Everyone was so great to me. The nurses were compassionate and knowledgeable. The aids were so helpful.
I would like to acknowledge Nicole Rn and Cindy Rn for their care of me. I know at times I was a challenge. I am a retired Rn that is not used to be a patient.
One complaint is the food! All I ended up eating was mashed potatoes and gravy. The rest of the food was unpalatable!

Excellent hospital! Clean, organized, signs well located to guide you easily everywhere. Lots of parking spaces and affordable. Very friendly, well known of the hospital and at service of everyone who visits. Rooms are clean, spacious and well lit. The organization of every area makes everything goes smoothly when it comes to patients. Overall, I will recommend this hospital with my eyes close and not a doubt in my mind! Had open heart surgery at Kettering Main on Friday, January 19, 2024. The treatment and service I received were both phenomenal. Caring nurses and support staff, and my doctors were nothing short of amazing. I was well- taken care of and highly recommend Kettering Main Hospital to anyone.

I am always well pleased with my care at Kettering Hospital. Although I really missed the outdoor Christmas Lights this year. I have a heart condition and have had to visit a lot of the last year. Everyone is always great and has my health as their #1 priority. This last visit I felt they kept me a little longer than they should have. My dr wrote orders for me to be released around 2pm and I didn’t leave until around 7:30. They didn’t have an excuse,

The delivery of my first grandchild was an amazing experience . The staff was welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My daughter’s labor was smooth and she felt safe and comfortable. Our delivery nurse was empathetic and respectful and I am so thankful to have had such a wonderful experience.

I had the best care in a hospital that I've ever had. This group of people, including the doctors, truly care about their patients. They're also a team and that shines through. I can never fully express how much I appreciate everyone that I came into contact with and the kindness I was shown in my difficult time. If I have a choice, I'll always ask to be sent to Kettering Main.

Excellent car by all. would like to single out a couple of excellent nurses I had on Wednesday 2/7 Vicky and also on Friday 2/9 Sarah they were in and out of room every 10-15 minutes and went out of their way to make sure I was doing well. Thank you for such great care
